“i was excited to visit as i had seen from previous reviews that it is a great overall nursery and then i had heard that they tend to decorate a bit for the holidays and then my family and i became extremely excited to visit. be aware that the parking situation is limited and they do have a back up parking lot but it was packed when we went so we would advise planning some extra time for that. otherwise, i think it's a very nice visit to spend a little time walking around and appreciating some of the many plants and other stuff to look at. we didn't purchase anything but i'm sure we will return to get a house plant of some kind because the prices were fair and the plants themselves looked great and well maintained.”

I started coming here when I picked up gardening as a pandemic hobby and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind, thoughtful, and a wealth of information. This year I’m working on a gardening project at a local elementary school. The garden was destroyed by construction last year so after mulching it all, I wanted some plants to brighten it up. Noel spent over an hour helping me pick out edibles, succulents, and flowers from the “bargain basement”, and brainstorming ways to build the beds out in a way that discourages gophers from getting to it. When I came in I felt daunted by my project, but left feeling encouraged and excited to tackle it. Flowercraft is everything that one could hope for out of a local business and I am a customer for as long as I can survive in this city!”

She wasn't friendly, she wasn't at there station (the self check) and she wasn't helpful. Rang up an item and it was $2 more than the tag price stated. Waited a few minutes and no help arrived. Looked around and another machine needed a worker and the shopper had given up and left with the desired item sitting there. Asked another worker if anyone was working self check and he told me to just wait. (Also not in a friendly way) Waited around some more and was considering just leaving when Victoria graces us with her presence. I told her why it called for her and she just shrugged. So I set those two items aside and did not purchase them. I couldn't tell if she smiled due to her pointless face covering, but I know she didn't apologize, correct the price, or tell me to have a good day. All around, not impressed by the staff here. Management needs to do some training. . .”

All of the other locations around the county have tuna, salmon, and always offer a fresh variety of sushi. Please consider putting some energy towards the sushi counter.”

So when it was time to find a florist for our wedding, it was a no-brainer that we would go with the florist who has been creating arrangements for us for the entirety of our relationship.
