“Beautiful place with some many options. The staff are all friendly. As a truck driver delivering plants here it is easy in and easy out. The receiving crew was very fast. There is plenty of space to turn around with a 53' trailer. I am glad to deliver here any time.”

“Let me take a moment to GUSH about Waukesha Floral. They absolutely killed it with the flowers for my wedding!! I gave them a basic color palette and some inspiration pictures and they did the rest! Denise was so wonderful to work with and quick to communicate, she really has the whole thing under control (even when I didn’t lol). Im serious for ANY future event I will go to them hands down the best.”

“Ordered flowers online for delivery. Succulents with an orchid. Received a phone call from Flower Co saying they did not have what I ordered but would replace it with something tropical and just as nice. My friend received an arrangement of leafy plants, no flowers at all. Nothing like the more modern, simple arrangement I ordered. Disappointed.”

“My friend bought a 10 by 10 gazebo while visiting the Ashwaubenon location. They found the one on Wisconsin Ave had it for the delivery option. It was delivered as expected. July 20th 2019 she was able to have it fully assembled. She was able to sit in it for about 5 minutes before a freak storm blew over. It was found that the little stakes that came with it were not enough to hold in it place & if they were, it would not have blown into the neighbors yard. She has contacted the company who constructed the product was only willing to replace one panel. 80% of this item was totaled. She did write Stein's via email only to find they too will not back their product at all. Their has yet to be a response to her inquiries. She did got into the store for assistance and was greeted with a big F. U. "but not literally of course." She is an elderly woman who can not deal with this kind of stress. She wound up with a perforated ulcer & was unable to respond to this issue in a timely fashion. That time between this happening & her being able to reach out for help was a factor. Now she sits with a pile of useless twisted metal & a mosquito mesh she has no use for at all. She has been a long time gardening member with Stein's up until now. She made it clear she will no longer shop there & she has been posting many blogs online as well. She made notice to me that she found the plants at Steins also seen to be poorly cared for & not worth the purchase. She told me she will be getting her plants from either Home Depot or Honeymoon Acres from now on. Unlike Stein's, Menards recognizes loyal customers like her and gladly honored an even trade in store for a broken flood light for a new one, no receipt necessary. Stein's simply didn't give darn she has shopped their since their beginings. I purchased a drone from another company,, which was expensive. An act of God, wind gust, destroyed it. It was out of warranty. They still offered a huge 66% discount for a new one. I remain thier customer to this day because they back their product!”

“The customer service here is poor. I asked if one of the plants I was planning to buy was going to bloom still this year and they had no clue. In addition, there are several examples of misleading pricing where the plants directly next to or behind the sign are not the price listed (as shown in the picture attached). I even checked the sign which said "1 gallon blue pot" which one would assume is the 1.3G pot not the 0.73G pot. When trying to clarify, they make you feel stupid for even asking. Aside from that, this place is incredibly overpriced. The only reason I've gone here is because it's close and they carry plants other places may not. Otherwise it's substantially cheaper to get plants somewhere else like Trader Joe's (Roses, Lavender, etc.) or just grow flowers yourself.”

“Very good garden center. They have most everything you need and want. The selection of flowers and trees, bushes, etc. is tremendous. Indoors they feature bird feeding supplies, grills, fountains, lights, fertilizers, succulents and other craft items. During the holidays they offer a wide variety of Christmas trees, poinsettias, boughs and garland.”
