“Best Vegan Pizza in Bärn. Da Nino is probably Bärn hypest and best pizzeria (in my humble opinion). It's like the Gelateria di Berna, but for pizza. They offer tree delicious vegan pizza for a really fair price (VEGANA 15.-: Tomato sauce, vegetables, fried capers, almonds, spinach, olive oil. VEGANA VERDE 16.-: Pea sauce, vegetables, artichoke cream, pistachios, spinach, olive oil. MARINARA 13.-: Tomato sauce, basil, confit garlic, fried capers ,olive oil). In summer the place is so popular that everyone orders take-away and eats their pizza in the neighbouring streets and square. Disclaimer there’s one downside : they don’t accept reusable pizza boxes (they reluctantly made an exception for us once).”

“The restaurant is very nice and friendly. The personal speak English and has a menu with various languages. The food was nice with some authentic cheese dishes. The garlic soup is my recommendation, despite the fact it is pretty tough, be aware! Unfortunately, it was a blizzard with a lot of snow, hence I could not see anything outside the windows, but the view should be fantastic in other weather conditions.”

“Great place with excellent food. The menu may appear a little bit limited but the food quality is excellent and the choice diverse enough to satisfy everybody. Their absolute highlight is their terrace, open summers. The terrace has four old trees and they have atmospheric lighting for the evening. It is right next to a road that hets busy during rush hour. This terrace is always full during summers and don’t expect a table for dinner unless you reserve at least a day in advance. The food style is german/swiss kitchen with lamb, porkchop, schnitzel, cordon blue, salads, risotto desserts on the menu. During summers they additionally have coal fired grill outside.”

“Well enjoyed stone-grilled 500g horse fillet steak, extremely tender and tasty. Lemon sorbet with vodka as a dessert makes me so refreshing! If you choose 500g, you will be praised from friends, but it would be even much praised if you choose croquettes instead of salad for garnishing.”

“The restaurant was really nice but they are very rustic. I would say too much. While having our meal there was someone throwing ice from the roof. I think this clean could be done after clients leave the place. Not pleasant. The meal is okay and very nice atmosphere. Staff very very friendly! They gave us even a free shot. Highly recommended for sporty people it’s a long walk half hour hiking to reach the place. I was very tired but the food was very compensating.”

“I’ve first come across Swing Kitchen when I was in Munich and I now keep visiting their stores every time I see one on my way. Sadly, there are only 2 of them in Switzerland at the time of writing this so I really hope to see them expanding to Zurich (and other cities) soon. The chili cheese bites are really good, as well as the tiramisu. Needless to say, the burgers are delicious too. One point of feedback would be that they could certainly automate the order-taking process (like many other chains already did, e.g. McDonald’s, Neat Burger, etc…). Instead of having staff taking orders manually, they could just install tablets at the counter and let customers place orders themselves. It’s much easier for the customers (especially those who struggle with the language), and certainly more efficient from a business perspective (it frees up time for staff that can be used to help in the kitchen or do other things, and it eventually saves in labour costs). Great experience overall and I will certainly come back soon.”

“I had the best Älplermagronen here. They were so delicious. It is chilling place above town of Giswil, easy to reach over Panorama Street. The way to this place is mostly covered with asphalt, so for motorcycle shoudn't be a problem. The street is really tight for two cars , so i recommend to drive up or down with caution. Here are also sold cheese and local quark products. Also other cheese and meat specialities are served here in the restaurant.”
