“Interesting place. The food is quite simple but nothing spectacular (the flavors/tastes can be easily distinguished, no special texture, nicely presented. I liked that it's made from high quality and fresh ingredients (had a sea bass tartar w/mango chutney, a vegetable soup, a beef tartar (in addition to the 45€ menu as portions were too small to my taste) , ravioli with microscopic fish stuffing and zucchini on top, tuna steak in almond crust and a tiramisu dessert. Very friendly and attentive service, good wine recommendations (thanks to Anna). Despite the fact that the restaurant interior design is a bit on the kitsch side, the atmosphere is nice - however if the price would be higher, I would reconsider visiting again (prefer authentic local cuisine). Many thanks to the team and the chef for the lovely evening!”

“Super Focaccia! Great focaccia! It's a different concept of focaccia, totally different compared to the one you can find in Genova. I strongly suggest to try also the one with onion. Instruction For Use: buy 2 pieces of normal focaccia and 1 piece with onion, walk to the beach, sit and eat the focaccia looking at the sea, conclude it with a great cappuccino to the Bar long the promenade! :D That's Amore!”

“Simple menu. Main choice is around ramen and rice dishes, but there are small other alternative as well. All super tasty! Choice of beer and rice sake. My favourite ramen place in Genova, also because the atmosphere they creates is really nice!”

“Amazing experience in a typical atmosphere. Perfect cooking of the seafood. I recommend the Taglierini Neri al sugo di pesce. Tasteful. A bit disappointed with Pesce Spada con Funghi Porcini, I thought it would have more taste. But it was very nice cooked. The waiters were very pleasant and the owner adorable. A nice evening!”

“Great pizza by the kg and focaccia. The slices are very big. A bit pricey and not sure if smaller can be done but delicious nonetheless especially the ricotta slice. Had a chocolate Nutella heart tart too”

“When I found myself to be in Genoa for work, this restaurant was right down the road from my hotel. I had the most amazing courses I think I’ve ever had. The sample appetizers were amazing. The seared scallops. Amazing. The filet with truffle. It was better than sex. That should say it all. The service was excellent. Pricey. Yes. But I’ve ate at more expensive restaurants and was completely disappointed. Not here. I don’t know if I will ever make it back to Genoa but if I do. I will return here.”

We’ve ordered: - raviolo classico: stuffed with beef stew, fresh pork sausage and natural flavourings + butter & sage sauce (10€) - raviolorto: spinach, ricotta cheese, natural flavourings + „Marietto s tuccu” sauce: beef stew aromatized with white wine and tomato (10€) House wine: Cortese DOC 12%: (6€) (50 cl): very good!👌🏼 🤌 Sparkling water (50 cl) was VERY VERY good and fresh! “Well we got attracted to the place for the large number of customers at that time and for the good reviews, unfortunately this was misleading , the waiters are polite but after waiting for 40 min we got the magic meal, la pinseria vegetariana, the terribile toping for me it looked like a fast food served in a restaurant (potatoes tomato onions) , i mean it was one the major disappointments for me here in Italy.”
