“The food is pure perfection. You cannot describe the happiness it creates within you. I'm not an easily pleased person but there is literally nothing negative to point here. You walk in and being welcome by incredibly friendly owner Francesco, the stuff is pointing you to your table. To our surprise, everyone speaks (better or worse but still speaks) English. The food itself is heaven. Whatever you choose it will put a smile on your face. And if you take time to look around you will see the same smile on everyone else's face's. It was so good we came here the following day just to try the other things from the menu. If you are in the area, or even if you have to drive from further distance - do it. You will not regret it.”

“We searched out this discrete little restaurant and are very glad we did. It's down a little lane and may look closed, but try the door. We had the Lamb with herbs on velvety potato and the Sea Bream on fava beans and salted ricotta with some excellent house wines. Both dishes were really tasty and better than they look in the photos. Go for the food, not the views.”

“The staff were happy to take a reservation for our group of 8 in just 60 minutes after we arrived, perfect amount of time to explore Orvieto at night and find drink to pass the time. When we returned the table was set beautifully. Some of us are vegan and vegetarian and they were more than happy to accomodate by altering some dishes. The food and wine was absolutely incredible, all 8 of us were blown away by the presentation and taste of our dishes. It’s not the cheapest dinner you’ll find in town, but it is absolutely worth the price!”

“We came across Cuisine 83 by chance and it was wonderful, from the freshly baked bread to the lovely seafood fritto to the sorbet limone. We intend to return as soon as possible . The restaurant is centrally located and there is plenty of parking . Prices are very good and the service is professional and welcoming.”

“Absolutely fantastic, cute and fun atmosphere too, and in Narni - which is always pretty. Incredible gnocchi, everything is fresh and home made. The basics, like gnocchi alla gricia and spaghetti carbonara are just incredible. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Their truffle sauce on the mozzarella di buffala and faraona was great too.”

“Four of us had lunch today. What a find. Very good value set lunch. Beautifully cooked. Choice of 3 pastas. Interesting main courses - the tuna in particular was superb. Lots of different vegetable choices. Ice creams were really good. Good wine list. The service was delightful. So helpful and enthusiastic. Pleasant setting. We hadn’t booked - we got there before 1pm and had a nice table - but it was very popular so it might be sensible to phone ahead. Excellent food and fairly priced. Recommended.”
