“During my recent visit to Bikaner, I stumbled upon Sankhala Ice Cream, a place that locals and tourists were raving about. Intrigued by the hype, I decided to give it a try and was not disappointed. I ordered their signature kulfi, and it lived up to its reputation. The kulfi had a rich and creamy texture that was absolutely delightful. The flavors were intense and authentic, reminding me of the traditional Indian desserts I grew up with. The kulfi was served at the perfect temperature, neither too hard nor too soft. However, one thing that struck me was the level of sweetness. While I have a sweet tooth, I found the kulfi to be a tad too sweet for my liking. The sugar content seemed a bit excessive, and it somewhat overshadowed the other flavors. That being said, if you have a strong affinity for sugary treats, you will absolutely adore this kulfi. What sets Sankhala Ice Cream apart is their commitment to quality ingredients. The flavors tasted fresh and natural, which added to the overall enjoyment of the dessert. The portion size was generous, providing great value for the price. The ambience of the ice cream parlor was simple yet inviting. The staff members were friendly and helpful, guiding me through their menu options and making recommendations. The service was prompt, ensuring that I didn't have to wait long to satisfy my sweet craving. “Excellent and easily affordable cafe and restaurant for families, friends and couples. The food is really delicious, well baked and well cooked. Roasted papad is good with a balanced amount of onions, tomatoes and spices. Butterscotch pastry is just yummy. Cream of Tomato soup with butter is amazing. Paneer Lababdar and Malai Kofta in white gravy are just mouthwatering. The breads are properly baked. Stuff Naan, Tandoori Roti with butter and without butter are delicious and can be customised. There is a proper seating arrangement for waiting at the entrance which is really comfortable. The indoors are well designed and well maintained by the well trained and polite staff. The dishes are well maintained and clean. The seating arrangement is fantastic with comfortable seats. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is really calm and relaxing. Overall, an amazing experience at an excellent cozy place and would love to come back again.”

“We had dinner at this restaurant on 28th November 2022. Enjoyed the ambience, taste of food and above all the service. We liked the 'open to sky' provision in the dining area. Hanging lamps gave a heritage look. Tharun Bhaiya served us well by explaining about each and every dish. We are from Chennai. Liked to relish local Rajasthani dishes. We enjoyed the way he explained us on how to eat 'Dal Bhati Churma' the traditional way. General opinion about this place is that the price is high. But we felt 'value for money'. If you visit there after reading my review say hello to Tharun Bhaiya and enjoy his service.”

“👍☕️ The cappuccino is the standout item at this place, truly exceptional and the best thing they offer. Great flavor and quality. 👎🍓 The berries smoothie bowl was a disappointment. The berries didn't taste fresh, and the granola was not appetizing either. The cheesecake was frozen and extremely cold, which affected its taste negatively. 🥪 The biggest letdown was the sandwich marked as vegetarian but containing egg in the bread. Misleading information on the menu can be frustrating.❌ No proper parking arrangements; lack of valet service or a guard to assist customers, which can be inconvenient. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place except for their outstanding coffee.”

“Reflect is a cafe with a great ambiance and superb location. However, the food quality can be inconsistent depending on what you order. The pastries are particularly impressive, but the Belgian chocolate shake fell short, lacking the desired chocolate flavor. The pizza was average, nothing extraordinary. The cafe has ample seating space, a rarity in C Scheme. The seating could be more ergonomic, with sofas being too low and chairs too high for the tables. Pricing is on the higher side. Despite these areas for improvement, it's a nice place for hangouts with family and friends. The bistro offers a lively European-themed environment and a diverse menu featuring continental, Lebanese, and Chinese cuisine. The place also has a dedicated area for sports enthusiasts to enjoy matches. They excel in coffee using Araku beans. The service could be improved, and parking can be a challenge due to the high demand.”
