“For me their kroket to sweet and big portion but still good if you like kind of like this. Bestik Lidah is still the best, not to sweet and great combination with mayonnaise sauce. Fish ala meunière is great for me. Not to sweet and they fried very well. Huzarensla really good, love it. And overall Like this kind of food and maybe will comeback later but not as priority 😂”

“this place is clean. from the tables, the trays, the packaging, to the floor are all clean. and it's very important when you sell food and drink. they sell mostly bread, you will find different kinds of bread. the most popular flavors or fillings are chocolate, cheese, and banana. but they also sell some colorful cakes, including vanilla, chocolate, red velvet and many others. they sell them in slices but also you can buy the whole cake for example for birthday present. what has caught my attention is that they also sell macarons. you can see from my picture that they have a large selection of macarons with different flavors. taste wise, the breads are good, although personally I'm not a fan of the cheese one they sell. of course they're not better than the ones sold by national franchise bakery. but... they're cheap and affordable. lots of the breads cost only around 5,000 to 7,000 rupiahs. some cost around 12,000. so, you get what you pay. p.s. they give you plastic bag for free, but they also offer paper box packaging for around 3,000 rupiahs.”

“When it comes to Ayam Klaten, this place is about the best there is. It's a no frills kind of place. You'll order the chicken and/or chicken parts, rice, sambal, extra things e.g. krupuk, sit on the counter and enjoy. If you eat offal, so the chicken parts are to die for. Don't be looking for veggies, else you'll be disappointed. Drinks are bottled drinks off the cooler, nothing fancy. Best to eat with your fingers, the traditional way, though they have silverware if that's needed. Like most places, there is a sink to wash your hands and a publicly shared towel. Street parking is free, but you'll still need to pay the parking attendant. The location is in a tiny alley so it can be limiting, in terms of space and availability.”

“It's ages since I had such a nice pork meal. I ordered ribs and the flesh was melting from the bones. You don't chew this kind of meat, you slurp it, it's as well cooked and done as this. We tested several stuff, like pig ears , a delicious snacks in Taiwan and other places, and they are succulents. My wife ordered the fish and chips, but obviously the forte of this restaurant is pig, pork, cochon, schwein, 豬肉, and you'll have a fantastic experience if you stay within this range. I can't talk about the price, as I was invited. Great place, great service, great food and atmosphere.”

“Located in the small city of Purwokerto, this restaurants sells variety of chicken, beef, and seafood with a range of local drinks. The menu is bilingual, so helpful for foreigners. Food wise is okay, not beyond this universe. I ordered the fried chicken with tofu and kangkung, portion is enough and serving time is reasonable. Service is good and quick. Also, price wise is reasonable. Would I recommend this place? Perhaps, but if I have another chance to visit Purwokerto I probably would want to try other places too.”
