“I can not understand how this restaurant wins awards. The oysters kilpatric were horribly over sauce with BBQ sauce and ham, I could have made the same at home with a bottle of heinz bbq sauce! Over priced meals that are lack luster in taste and presentation. The mushroom Risotto was salty. I won't be wasting money there again.”

“What a great location in an amazing part of Australia. There is a caravan park, boat moorings, restaurant and bar at thus great little outback hotspot. I recommend any persons visiting this area to dropbin and enjoy the amazing hospitality. Cheap beer at old school prices was just a bonus 👌I've also added some photos of wild buffalo 🐃 that I saw not far from the boat club.”

“For a long time, I hadn't heard good things about the food at Il Piatto. More recently, I heard some positive fuss about the new chef Lucio and so when we saw the Gemtree winery dinner advertised we decided to give it a go. SO GLAD WE DID! The food was absolutely gorgeous, I couldn't fault it. Simple ingredients, perfectly balanced, elegantly presented. I'm half Italian and picky about Italian food and this impressed me. The view is stunning, so make sure you arrive before sunset. Service was lovely. Hearing Lucio speak, it's clear how much pasison he has for food, and the respect he has for his ingredients. Highly recommend attending a winery dinner at Il Piatto if you ever get the chance. I'm yet to try their standard menu but I definitely will soon.”
