“After following them for a few years, I finally made it out to Driftwood, Texas! I was introduced to their sotol through a private dining experience at Harold's Houston, and ever since then, I fell in love. Their ambiance is great! We had live music while there and were even able to visit their store and bought a few treasures. Their service was incredible. We were a party of 6: 3 gals and 3 doggos. Yes, they are pet friendly! Next time, I will definitely look into one of their tours. I can't wait to go back and try more items on their menu!”

“We have been here multiple times and it never disappoints. BEST ice cream in town. My favorite is strawberry cheesecake & banana pudding. YUM! There isn’t seating inside, but there’s a fun spot out front for the kids to run around and play. Great ending to an evening or when you get the craving for some good ice cream.”

“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the private tour at the Texas Hill Country Olive Company, and it was an absolute revelation. From start to finish, this tour was an immersive journey into the world of olive oil production and appreciation that left me utterly impressed. The tour began with a warm welcome from our knowledgeable guide, who expertly led us through the entire process of bottling their exquisite olive oil. It was fascinating to witness the meticulous care and dedication that goes into every bottle, from the grove to the final product. I gained a newfound appreciation for the art and science of olive oil production. But what truly set this tour apart was the exceptional educational component. Our guide delved deep into the history, cultivation, and health benefits of olive oil. I left with a wealth of knowledge, feeling like an olive oil connoisseur. The tastings were a highlight, allowing us to savor a range of their exceptional olive oils, each with its unique flavor profile. Paired with their personal label wines, the experience was simply divine. It was a sensory journey that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The extensive line of items in their store was a delightful surprise. From gourmet olive oils and balsamic vinegars to artisanal products and beautifully crafted olive wood utensils, there was something for every palate and preference. The opportunity to purchase these treasures made it the perfect outing for any food enthusiast. The private tour at the Texas Hill Country Olive Company is an absolute gem. It seamlessly blends education, culinary delight, and retail therapy in a beautiful setting. Whether you're a foodie, a wine lover, or simply curious about olive oil, this experience is a must. I left with a deep appreciation for olive oil, a full shopping bag, and a heart full of gratitude for this unforgettable journey into the world of olive oil.”

“so I visited this restaurant while I was on vacation from Florida & now I wish there was one back home! I was never a fan of BBQ until I ate at Pigpen. The minute you walk inside it feels like you are dining in a 5 Star Texas-themed restaurant. It smells like you are about to get a homecooked meal regardless of what you order. The Staff is Very Friendly and makes you feel at home. now about the food, there are very few places where you can go and everything tastes good. I am a picky eater and I tried Virtually Everything and it was amazing. I would highly recommend the ribs, pigtails, and corn. The seasoning and BBQ sauce are also homemade and I literally can't eat anything without them now. even took a bag home with me that's how good it is. If you like lemonade and banana pudding these guys do not disappoint. Make sure you are prepared to nap afterword's because good food like this will make you sleepy. I've been recommending these guys to everyone I talk to. if you want GOOD BBQ in Texas Pigpen is My Top Recommendation hands down!”

Louie's Craft Bbq
4.6

Closed until 11:30 AM

122 Main St, Buda, TX 78610, United States

“Stopped in on a Sunday about 1:30 and ordered Half a pound of brisket, two house blend sausages, coleslaw, and birria beans and a Dr Pepper Togo for myself. The brisket was good and sausages were ok, the coleslaw tasted like seaweed salad (a plus if you prefer that. I like more traditional coleslaw), and the birria beans were way too salty for my taste. To top it off, they literally put an entire loaf of bread in with my food as if I need that much bread. Quite wasteful and I’m only guessing it’s so they didn’t have to deal with it at the end of the day. Cannot say I enjoyed the experience.”

Staff was friendly and helpful. We had the Cabo chicken pizza on the the recommendation of our waitress and it was very good! Our littles had a pepperoni/ cheese pizza which was tasty as well.
