“First time going here and only the second time I’ve had Afghan food so I’m far from being an expert. Everything we had was delicious! We had the vaziri kebab and a couple of soltani kebab plates. Very flavourful with the seasonings and their spicy tomato sauce went so well with the kebabs. I loved their green tea as well. I think there were some spices in it as well. I detected some cardamom. Lovely experience! Highly recommended.”

“I started with the “sage advice” cocktail. Delicious, but disappointed they put persecco in it instead of champagne per the menu. Service was very good, but a a few times we had to wait for plates while dishes were already on the table. My wife had the “bespoke” wine pairing and I had the “full”; on three occasions we were served the same wine which I found odd. The wines should be different labels in my opinion. The uni, baked oyster and pork belly were all amazing, the Foie Gras with focaccia took the cake in my opinion. We did the 40 bites tasting menu which comes in six “waves” with multiple dishes at once. Food was amazing overall I just felt the experience didn’t match the price tag - which of course can be remedied with small changes. Incredible overall and definitely recommended.”

“We had a wonderful time here after making an online reservation (super easy system). The service was phenomenal, and thank you to Emily who made our time enjoyable. She was very attentive and friendly, and made our birthday celebration extra special. The food was delicious and filling. It was suggested that the best way to dine here is by sharing plates, which we did. The mushroom dish was divine, and the overall vibe was cozy. Would love to check out the other menu items sometime!”

“The coffee is delicious, the servers are super friendly, but for me this place is 5 stars for another reason. I went to apply for a visa at the US embassy and they didn't allow me to enter with my backpack, I admit that I was desperate, because I didn't know what to do with my backpack. I came to the cafe and asked the attendant to keep my backpack until I got back. She, Michaela, simply saved my day. Of course, after that we enjoyed a coffee and one of the pâtisseries, which, by the way, are very tasty!!!”

Had an almond chocolatine that I ate too fast to get a picture of, and an apple tart with half an apple beautifully baked in the center. Absolutely delicious, and I'm glad I asked for a recommendation!”
