“My family has been buying cakes from ice cream world for 20+ years. I accidentally picked a vanilla & chocolate cake instead of all vanilla. They refused to exchange the cake, I was out of the store for only 12 minutes. I’m currently battling cancer and going through chemo and my digestive system can’t handle chocolate. PS…. The cake I bought was put in the cooler with the all vanilla cakes. Owner was extremely rude.”

“I consider myself a bit of a donut aficionado. Donuts are one of life's greatest joys. I've been preferring Mary Ann's Donuts for quite a few years now. The donuts are superb. They make a cronut (croissant/donut) that is actually way better than I thought it should be. The donuts are so delicious that I could just pick up a glazed or sugared and that's enough to satisfy the fluffy sweet craving. Love Mary Ann Donuts. Best of the Lehigh Valley. Won't find something better or even the same quality within an hour driving distance.”

“Came here with my kids to grab a bite to eat for lunch. Food- absolutely delicious. One if not the best Italian Heros I ever had. Unlike the other places I've been to, I didn't feel hungry after i was done eating. They packed my sandwich with plenty of meat! I enjoyed every bite. The pizza was good as well. My kids stuffed their faces with it. I was a little disappointed the dining area was closed on the inside, but they have a nice little our door area set up. Overall, I'd definitely recommend stopping in for a delicious inexpensive lunch.”

“We had an incredible time here!!! We are previous residents of Jim Thorpe and fans of Myst already but Steak and Steel blew them away. Came in for hibachi just as the superbowl started. We were sat and helped quickly. The server, Andrea, was absolutely amazing. She was constantly checking on us but we never felt pressured or rushed in any way. We chose some drinks, sushi and got soft shell crab as an app. The crab was surprisingly very good! The sushi was top notch as well. Our hibachi meals came with soup and salad. Both of which were very nice. A classic peanut dressing on the salad. The blackberry sage cocktail was very nice as well as the old fashioned. Can't wait to try more cocktails! Chef Sky came out and put on a show for us. Rounds of skillful cooking with sake in between. The show was great and the food was even better. Afterward we ordered a round for the chefs and they all came out to thank us. The meal was fantastic from start to finish both in food and in service. We will definitely be back for dine in and takeout!! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening. Your staff is amazing and we are so glad you've set up shop here in Bethlehem.”

“Randall’s was on our list to dine at and decided to stop by on our way to the Allentown Fair. JEN was a ROCKSTAR with on pointe service, efficient throughout and so pleasant plus recommended and explained different menu options. The happy hour appetizers we ordered included 4 beef tips with blue cheese sauce, 4 chicken fingers with hot chili sauce and the delicately and delicious plate of calamari with marinara. All served hot and fresh. I liked the Faroe Islands salmon on cedar plank with apricot horseradish glaze. Yum! Hubs had the veal schnitzel, 4 pieces, nice and tender tender but the veal was a bit to thin for my liking. The breading to meat proportion was off. The meat should be thicker, appeared almost like they sliced the veal on a meat slicer. We opted for the red potato mashed and a Caesar salad and side mesclun mixed greens, diced onion, cherry tomatoes, cubes and homemade blue cheese dressing. All fresh. The place is located off Rt 309 N. Nice modern interior and bar was hopping with happy hour guests.”

Elizabeth Ortiz, Jonas, and Pete treated myself and everyone of their guests like family. The atmosphere is safe, loving, and warm. The decor is clean, casual, and whimsical. Most importantly the food was delicious. Cactus Blue combines fresh, high quality ingredients with absolute skill to create unique and beyond flavorful dishes. The prices are a steal for the portion sizes and quality you get. I cannot say enough kind words. Cactus Blue is my new favorite lunch spot.”

“Pizza is great but honestly the Sicilian slices are heavenly. They are perfectly cooked with the right amount of sauce & cheese. If you I would recommend you try their cheese steaks my kids are picky eaters but as soon as they took one bite they just ate it up & said the best they ever had. What I liked most is the balance of flavors with every bite. If I had one complaint is that it's severed hot & fresh I had to wait for it to cool down so I didnt burn my mouth. Definitely coming back & ordering a couple sandwiches to go for family & friends.”

“Stopped by for lunch today and have to say it is truly a gem. It might not look like much from the outside but it is quaint inside and the service was great. I tried the guanabana passionfruit juice and it was absolutely delightful. I also had the al pastor burrito and it did not disappoint. Definitely one of the best burritos I've had in Pennsylvania. Highly recommend! Glad to have a restaurant like this in Bethlehem.”
