“It’s a hit and miss for us. Some of the dishes stood out whereas rest were not upto mark. The beef dishes, salmon starter, Thai curry and rice were among the nice ones whereas noodle and salad were the worst. Most of the items are deep fried which came as a shame especially for salad. The portions were good and filling. Good staff but ambience I prefer Leamington Spa. Over all a good experience. Visited Sep 23”

“It was our first visit, and we had a lovely time...to say the pub is dog friendly is an understatement, there were pooches all around and how fab that was. Our own Indiee was very much at home. Our lunches were very yummy, roast Sunday lunches - beef and pork and the gravy was stunning 👌 Rowington is very pretty too, the pub is right on the canal 🤗”

“I love this pub. It’s one of my favourites. Dog friendly and up until now people who seem to visit this seem friendly and of good character. Not much seating inside for drinking (most of its restaurant). Outside there is plenty of space and seats. A cool gin bar open in the corner (not always open) Ordering drinks can be slow sometimes as it always seems busy with lots of food being served. Just wish there was a little bit more “hustle” to make sure people are not waiting.”

Perfect place to take someone special or even just a chilled evening.. they also have rooms available for overnight stays or long weekends away. “The Sunday Roast was delicious and very generous portions. When the staff check back on you, they offer you more yorkies and roast potatoes! The service was great! We were greeted immune by Eve, and she served us, got us drinks asap. Also, they're dog friendly. Highly recommend it for an amazing and chill Sunday.”

“This Pizzeria is interesting. You walk in through the bakery downstairs and climb a very steep stairs to a riot of colour. The seating is cozy and compact without backs. The food is good and good value for money. Service is good. The only disappointment is the state of the toilets.”

“Fresh food, literally almost everything is great- mixed kebab, scampi, breaded sausage or any fish. One place I look forward to getting my lunch. The quality of chips not found anywhere else so too quantity. The pricing is good and with the quality much fair than eating processed foods in some chain take aways. The staff equally are great, all of them!”
