“First time I’ve been to Bene. Generous proportions. Noisy acoustics. A/C unable to cool the room on the 100-degree summer evening. Salad was tasty and unfortunately the high point of the meal. I should have ordered my pasta Al Dante. My wife said her clams were mushy and the sauce wasn’t to her liking and her pasta was also overcooked. Our dining partners, who’ve been here several times, loved their pizza. So +1 ⭐️ for that. They said that’s all they’ve ever had here. Noted.”

“Another Friday. Very satisfied with two large pizzas for my new favorite pizza place in Southlake Tahoe. I called a half an hour before they are supposed to open. Expecting to not get an answer but instead I placed an order early and was able to grab my pizza 5 minutes after they were supposed to open. It made everyone's work day much better and I will continue to buy pizza for my crew here. 💯🍕🍕🍕🔥”

Considering the high entree prices I would expect food to be of higher quality. It wasn't bad, it was okay just not what I would expect for the prices charged. Still a fun place to take young girls or ladies night out for unique experience.”

“I moved to this area in 2008 and I love GOOD Chinese food. I tried a lot of places, but they were all pretty much the same - okay or good, but not great, main courses with lots of "filler". Then an Asian friend of mine whose family has been in the culinary and sports world internationally for many years recommended Fortune Garden. The best Chinese restaurant in the area, for sure. You really get a lot of what you order, consistently great food and great service. We just wish they were open on Mondays.”
