“Food is made to order, so everything came out fresh and delicious! Be aware of the size - the kabobs are HUGE! A 1/2 kabob would fill one up well! Highly recommend the chicken kabobs and lamb kabobs! The best in town! Do note that the wait can be a bit long since all the food is made fresh. We waited about 30 minutes for our food to come out. Worth the wait!”

“4/5 excellent place for traditional Vietnamese sandwiches and noodle/ rice (Buon Cha) bowls! No frills! Today's service was excellent despite the large order they were preparing also. The front entrance was smashed and broken (looks like damage to property by someone making a bad decision) so it's boarded. 1. Cold cut (small) 4/5:Very savory and well seasoned pate and mayo! Veggie & herb stuffing was generous. The whole sandwich was delightful. Would have loved a drizzle of soy sauce or house meat sauce which is a typical ingredient. I just added a drizzle of the soy fish sauce and it was great (doesn't need it but I prefer it) 2. Mock Duck Noodle Bowl 4/5: Noodles on the lighter proportion, spring lettuce mix (instead of typical romaine/ iceberg/perilla/mint), pickled daikon & carrots, cucumbers, choice of veggies or pork eggroll, and choice of tomatoes (which is a plus). The mock duck is very tender and seasoned well-I recommend this! *Vietnamese fish sauce dressing: Umami but light, very nice. Not too sweet. *Peanut sauce: Light and nutty; not thick nor too sweet. *Soy fish sauce: Lightly sharp and lightly salty. Actually perfectly made for dipping, dressings, and marinades! **Got all the to try and they were all very good. I mixed the entire Vietnamese fish sauce dressing with a spoon on the soy and peanut sauce and it gave the noodle bowl a great flavor. Fifty cents extra for sauce!”

“We've had Boludo's delicious empanadas before but never pizza. Had the Peras pizza (pears, gorgonzola, fresh dill, pine nuts) and it was fantastic. It's not cheap but I'm not mad because the quality of ingredients and taste is incredible. A pizza feeds two if you're not feeling piggy. If you're a big eater you'll probably need a whole one. Tried the churro donuts with dulce de leche for dessert. Yum. They're heavily coated with a cinnamon sugar mix that must have a little chili in it. They're really light and chewier than a regular donut. The new 38th and Nicollet location is really cute. Love everything except the bathrooms, they just have some dim blue light it's practically pitch black in there 😆”

“**First off, I would give 4.5 stars, but there's no option to do so.** They have a really great setup here, and there's lots of seating, even when busy. The beers were delicious and well-made. The half star is for the basic cheeseburger, not very flavorful - add some seasoning to the meat, and it's a 5-star. The queso was the standout on the chips/dip app. We would return, great atmosphere and great options all around.”

“Visited here twice and had a good time both times. I ordered sourdough flapjack the first time. It was chewy and tasty!! For the second time, I ate the biscuit sandwich. I'm not a fan of biscuits, but theirs were flaky (sakusaku) and didn't taste like baking soda. They were fantastic! My companion got poutine, which was flavorful and delicious despite being a little too saucy. I adore their flying character (flying 🍞?); it's adorable!”

“Not good - similar to Mpls Co-ops on 38th St & 3rd Ave S and the one just north of Lowry on Central - NE side. All three I've had issues at - usually negative customer service - feel a little degraded/violated. So I don't have the typical Co-op mentality - go wherever that has the best produce on the bus/train. And I've never been a member to the Coop's as can't afford. I also go to Target/Cub/Whole/LB. But it's very different from a regular store when it comes to customer service (to those that don't go anywhere regular). In other words they definitely cater to the members/regulars and kind of weirdly I hate to say - like hand holding and baby-talking (sorry). So there is some discrimination I feel. The main Wedge at 22nd and Lyndale - I'm neutral on over the years for various reasons. One that is EXCELLENT is Mississippi Market at Selby Dale St Paul. I had a couple (minor) problems there early on but grew to really like it. I feel like I'm treated like a member there even though not never been.”
