Parking isn't easy, but not terrible. There are lots of great choices on custom and many flavors of top-notch chocolates and drinks, making this a must for chocolate lovers. They also have some great macaroons and merchandise.”

“Wanted to like this place, bc it was recommended by family. Order process for pickups is straight up stupid. I call in at 9:03, arrive at 9:35 and pay. It is at this point that they finally take the order to make the sandwiches. Didn't get sandwiches til 9:56, almost 1 hour from when I first called in. Totally defeats the purpose of calling in ahead of time. They need to learn to improve this process. Go online ordering like the rest of real banh mi businesses. Owners may be too cheap to try to go to such a system, but if you're reading this--it's worth it! The sandwiches are decent though. Bread is good. Got the BBQ pork and special banh mi. Shockingly, the special banh mi doesn't have mayo. It would have been great with. I don't understand this decision, as I've never had special banh mi with no mayo. Just felt like something was missing. BBQ pork is pretty good though.”

“Appeared to be owner operated. The gentleman at the counter took my order and helped me decide on some hummus options. I got the extreme hummus and the jalapeno cilantro hummus. Both were delicious. Dolmas were delightful with tzatziki sauce. Rice was plain, but the falafel and hummus livened it up. Pita was warm. The salad dressing was very nice. A pleasant surprise. Dining room was clean and welcoming. My only critique is the paper plates and plastic silverware.”

“My family and I decided to eat our favorite Vietnamese restaurant from our long drive from Lake Tahoe to our home. This Vietnamese restaurant is a bit unique since they serve some Chinese food and also all rice plates serve charbroiled meats. The eggrolls taste good and the charbroiled chicken has a unique taste. The rice plates have large portions of food. I also like how the eggrolls are served with lettuce and mint. The service is incredibly amazing, but preparing drinks can take up some time. The atmosphere is appropriate since it fits the style of this restaurant.”

“Took my daughter's out for a long over due daddy daughter date and ended up at Erica's. We were not disappointed. I believe our server was named Danny or Dan, ether way he was awesome super attentive and very helpful. His experience and expertise helped out tremendously with my daughter's indecisiveness. My daughter's ended up splitting a meal and he went out of his way to make it as if it was two separate meals. One pancake on each plate with its own toppings. Little thing like that keep me coming back.”
