The food was fresh and delicious, but hor tea and coffee were too sweet as well as nutella crepe. I wish they'll have other less sweet crepes option.”

“I love this family and this restaurant. Always great food and service. Wines unavailable at other restaurants or stores are worth coming to taste. I prefer the Mavro Daphne- they call communion wine because it is a sweet red. Be careful as it goes down so easy you think you can handle another glass. The Athenian Owl is a warm sit down and take your time kind of place. Truly a unique, hidden gem tucked away in an unassuming strip center package. Bring your girl or your ma and an appetite.”

“I ate here on 01/17/2024 I got the Oyster Po Boy plain burnt bread with Cajun fries. Which I had to add salt to them. And a can of sprite. Cost of this meal was $22.63 . I gave the good waitress $26.00. Her tip $3.37 How did I feel about the restaurant in general inside was cold, for many reasons and not just the temperature outside on 01/17/2024.”

“This place was a pleasant surprise. We were greeted immediately and sat. The waiter took our drink order right away and then brought back a free holiday roll. It was delish. Shortly after we placed our order and did not wait very long to get our food. I got the Austin powers roll. My fiancé got the crazy roll. We split the gyoza. All of which was tasty. Staff was nice and helpful. Atmosphere was nice.”

“We usually order for pick up but decided to have a seat and it was amazing. The service is wonderful and friendly. The vibe was beautiful, we loved the music and the decor. The dishes were plated beautifully and the food was fresh. The Thai tea is delicious, and so is the peanut butter explosion. My go-to is red curry with tofu, level 4 on the heat and my husband gets the Thai fried rice. Absolutely recommend for a date night.”

“Food 5/5: I tried the catch of the day, the trigger fish. Got it blackened with the platter and it was amazing! I've never had it before. It comes with salt and pepper and some Cajun seasoning which was perfect. It came with a lemon wedge which I enjoy. Service and Atmosphere 5/5: the place had nice decor and the waitress was attentive. I'd recommend trying this place if in the area!”

“Corn tacos, so you don’t have to worry about gluten! I highly recommend the Huitlocoche if you like savory flavors and mushrooms. It was a bit messy, but oh-so-satisfying! We both got this one. Husband also got the Chicken Tinga, and I got the special taco-of-the-day (for $3!) which was also a vegetarian option. They have 3 vegetarian tacos always on the menu, so this place is great for my veggie-friends and my GF people. At least a couple of the veggie tacos are also vegan, or can be made vegan (leaving off the ranch sauce for example). This place looks tiny but there’s a jungle patio out back so don’t be discouraged by the size!”
