“This place is good, ambience is somewhat nice which I feel so. You can see pictures I posted also. They have new Tiara garden made on second floor which is really beautiful, never thought such place is there in our City also. Tiara Garden adds the beauty of the place. Nice place to hang out with friends. Service is also okay, I am satisfied with this. Hygiene is also maintained here. Didn’t found the table and chair is not cleaned. They will be cleaned with no trace left. Talking about the food, I feel like it can be improved. It’s ok in taste. Can be better. If you are a chilly lover, then please order that pizza. I personally found it very spicy, which I didn’t expected. The medium size Pizza will be perfect for two people. Food taste can be improved. The photos clicked here are super awesome. All the lights and background so good. I have visited this twice. The place will not disappoint you. They play music also which let you enjoy more and the perfect environment is set. Overall it is a nice place. One must give a try if you want to hang out with your friends.”

“Terrible customer service received when wrong item was sent. Hugely frustrating experience. Ordered 1kg boneless pork leg on website. It was to make a traditional roast pork New Year’s Day lunch. A badly chopped up box of pork arrived. Raised the issue on the website chat function and finally transferred to a ‘human’. This advisor insisted I had received exactly what I ordered and repeatedly trying to tell me I had ordered incorrectly I was asked for screenshots. I sent the screenshot which clearly showed I requested whole joint and he still called me a liar. He sent a screenshot of his printout which said ‘small’ (apparently that means chopped small). I explained that obviously the ordering system has a glitch as I could prove what I ordered and that’s what he asked. I was told there was nothing wrong with their system. I had made a mistake. Trying to rectify an issue with someone who evidently does not know various meat joints and how they are cooked is a frustrating experience. Explaining that you have trained as a chef so you do understand these joints and would never order chopped pork leg is a frustrating experience. Being repeatedly told you are lying is a frustrating experience. Spending 1 hour and 15 minutes on WhatsApp, numerous phone calls, holding on while a phone is passed around at least 4 people is a frustrating experience. Eventually having the meat exchanged for what was ordered only after threatening to come down in person and make a scene is a frustrating experience. When we went to cook we discovered it wasn’t actually boneless as ordered but had bone in which meant we had to butcher it and truss it (also we were charged for boneless). Guess what - that’s a frustrating experience!!! Never again will I shop here. They offer the worst ‘customer service’ experience.”

“I went to this place first time around 3 years back and since then it has become one of my most frequented places. Tasty Thai and Chinese mix of dishes, very very generous quantities, spices and seasoning is always well balanced and the ingredients used look quite fresh, in salads etc. I have tried many dishes here and liked almost every dish - like Crispy Noodles salads with Shrimps, Dim-sum, Lemon Coriander Soup, spicy Fire Mushrooms and their Thai curries from time to time but Crispy Noodle salad is a MUST on every visit. Small clean place and I personally feel food is much better than all other eating joints in GIP.”
