“The food is delicious. We got Chicken Korma and Briyani. Shared an Indian soda that was really good. We went during lunch, and there was only one server because the other person didn't show up. Our service was still friendly, professional, and surprisingly, timely. The restaurant was fairly busy, but they kept things moving. Noise levels were not too bad either. We could have a conversation without yelling at each other. Look forward to going again soon.”

“Nice to have a store like this here but when I compared common items that are not international with other groceries, they're overpriced beyond! Also, you can find just about everything here at any other grocery store. I guess upper management must not be doing their job by researching the surrounding local groceries for them to keep the price tag as is. All you need is an afternoon to go around Harris Teeter, Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, and Wegmans and to see what their prices are like on the readily available items then they'll know what to do. But they must care less.”

“After taking my daughter on a tour of UVA, we stumbled upon Take It Away Sandwhich Shop. Let me premise this review by saying cold sandwiches are usually low on my list of things I'd like to eat. The flavors on the typical cold sandwich are, in my opinion kinda boring. Sadly, I will now be craving the Elliewood Club sandwich. We live seveal hours away. This sandwich was SO GOOD. It had excellent flavor! The roasted tomato and their house dressing gave it a great burst of tangyness. The sandwich includes Honey turkey & baked ham with cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce, roasted tomatoes, red onions, applewood smoked bacon on multigrain wheat. If you like club sandwiches, do yourself a favor and order this sandwich. They had a great chip selection, soda options and a really cold a/c. What's not to love? Everyone in my family loved their sandwiches, even my picky teen.”
