“My 3 year old daughter worked very hard on her “Good Behavior Sticker Chart” and earned her special ice cream for completing the whole chart. She was so incredibly excited to get her ice cream. She brought her chart up to the counter and showed the lady at the register while asking for her ice cream. The lady was very kind and responsive. She enthusiastically congratulated and encouraged my daughter while putting her order in for her special ice cream. The ice cream was very good and we had a great time eating it there as a family. All of the staff that served us were smiling and very helpful.”

“This review is overdue. I used Uber Eats for dinner on Friday, 01-27-23. I think eastern NC has the best barbecue, but I'm always willing to try a new spot. I ordered the pork plate (cornbread; macaroni & cheese; Carolina gold), baked beans, brunswick stew, and banana pudding. I wasn't a fan of the sauce or the mac & cheese. The food was hot when delivered.”

“We were pleasantly surprised with the food. I had chicken Marsala , tender, great mushroom sauce. Hubby had Sea scallops, a special, very tasty and tender. Our server, Denise, was very good, pleasant and on top of our wishes. We will certainly be back! Happy holidays!”

“Sadly each time we order takeout it’s getting more disappointing. The food is inconsistent - different chefs I guess. Sometimes the rice is really hard or things taste different/not seasoned well. And the worst part is that prices have sky rocketed and they still aren’t even open for dine in! We have been coming here for years and have always loved it, but just within the last 6 months, prices have doubled. The Thai noodle soup I always get has always been $8. Went up to $12.95. Today it was $16.85! (Even though their website still lists it’s for $12.95?) I understand having to up prices a little bit, but more than 50%? And for take out only? Very disappointing. They also now replaced the carrots in the soup with mushrooms which I don’t care for.”
