The only reasons I personally couldn’t go all the way to a 5 star rating is a) the loud music - whoever chooses the tracks either got to mellow it down a bit or choose some that aids the ambience - and b) the time it took to place your order first and get your check at last. “Great for girls night! Plenty of seating! Our server Lo was very friendly and provided excellent service! We were a rowdy party of 6 and she remained positive, polite and patient with us! The atmosphere was very relaxed, we were there for 6pm and within the hour the house filled up. We did a round of drinks, apps, shared a bunch of dishes, and finished it with a dessert! Every plate cleaned! All of the other ladies enjoyed themselves as well! And we definitely will be back! Thank you HSL for the great food and drinks!”

“Cute little Thai restaurant, loved the cozy atmosphere. We were really craving protein so we got the chicken skewers as an appetizer and they were awesome! They were larger than most places, felt like I got half a chicken breast on each stick. For entrees, I got the pineapple fried rice and my boyfriend got the ginger stir fry. I really enjoyed the flavor of my dish, though it could have used a light sauce. My boyfriend was not a fan of my dish but he thought his was good. Servings sizes were large, we both had leftovers for lunch the next day. Overall, the food was good but not the best Thai I’ve ever had, however I would go back sometime to try more of the menu.”

“My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Antica Sicilia last month to celebrate a milestone anniversary of ours! We have previously been to this location, but this visit warranted a review! Our server was Claudio and he absolutely made our experience especially stand out from our prior visits. He made exceptional recommendations, while also being genuinely honest about suggestions when ordering! He was incredible. Our meal started off with the classic bread pairing they offer with all meals. The sauces and sardine that came with it were delicious. Any combination you paired into your bite, you were going to enjoy! One suggestion I will always make when it comes to Antica Sicilia is to order at least one of the specials whenever you go. It is NEVER a miss! The specials tend to be particularly pricey, but they are truly worth it. We enjoyed their special prawn appetizer and oh my, one can not truly put into words how outstanding this part of our meal was! Each prawn was wrapped and baked in a layer of filo dough, then accompanied with several different sauces on the dish. You were then presented with a very small pitcher filled the most beautifully executed brine-y sauce to drizzle over the top. This honestly had to have been one of my favorite dishes I have ever consumed! For our main course, I decided to try the Cacio e Pepe and my husband ordered the Signature Carbonara as he typically would. Both dishes were amazing. Their house made pasta is to die for. The cacio e pepe comes with a bucatini noodle which is one of my favorites and the made it perfectly. You can't ever go wrong with the Carbonara as well because you get the side table cheese wheel experience. You pay for the quality of food and the experience when coming to Antica Sicilia. We are always excited at the opportunity to return!”

“Plaque in the restaurant says they were voted best pizza in Salt Lake City 2023. I completely and totally concur! It’s New York style pizza, sold by the slice or the entire pie. There are other offerings on the menu as well, but we haven’t tried those yet. Owner is from Brooklyn and works behind the counter. Place is clean. It gets busy during the lunch hour and isn’t a large space nor does it have a ton of parking, just FYI. Bottom line, FANTASTIC New York style pizza!”

“I was intrigued by this spot because I love sub sandwiches and reviews appeared favorable and the store was quite busy during lunch time. I was impressed by decent pricing. The cheesesteak was pretty tasty, although the mushrooms appeared to be from a can... We also got a Malibu chicken which had good flavors but was legit made from a Tyson chicken patty. On further inspection, many of the ingredients were on the cheaper end and not up to specs with a higher end sub. The onion rings were decent and the fries were way underdone. Overall good flavor, but nothing special like I've seen talked about in so many reviews. This place was passable for homestyle cheesesteaks and subs, but I would not recommend if you are looking for higher quality top tier cheesesteak or sub.”

“We loved eating at Tushar. It is a Brazilian restaurant. The food was delicious and filling. I ate the pineapple meal with black beans and mashed potatoes. There were two thick slabs of grilled pineapple, and the black beans and mashed potatoes were flavorful and delicious. The cost was $12.99 for this meal. My husband ate the feijoada (tasty black beans with smoky sausage) with rice, pico, and some other side to mix with the rice. It was very good, priced $16.99. We also got a esfihas (calabresa) which is like a Lebanese mini pizza. This also was very good. The wonderful employee (from Brazil) who took our order was very friendly and knowledgeable, and even gave us some yummy Brazilian chocolates. They have many gluten-free menu items-- in fact 95% of the food here is gluten-free.”
