It was our first time having the view of winery right outside of the cottage. The wine tasting session was good too. Laura is welcoming and friendly. We got to try various types of wine. “It’s pretty good. A nice change from the mostly casual options in the Swan Valley. Service is great, atmosphere is fun. The food is just OK though. The emu and the croquettes were stand outs. The beetroot was pretty bland. The beef rib was a little tough. Overall it was nice.”

“Now this is a place with more than a double meaning. Whereas we went there for a brunch, we ended up strolling the garden. The garden café is what it says a café inside a garden, as tables were placed among the plants. Very accurate in keeping up with the tone, the menu is French inspired, soups, pies, toasties, few types of omelettes. I had the most amazing omelette with goat cheese and salad and I walked around the garden statues and garden décor items. Amazing place and such a positive atmosphere. Lovely place and friendly staff!”

“I called in for a takeaway during the week and ordered Comb fried rice ,and Kuey Teow. this cost me $35. It was very small serves in the standard plastic containers . I believe this for the small amount you get is over priced, Considering that you can get a decent sized meal at the Chinese Shop at Midland Gate ,for half the price. I know it’s local and I like to support local but this was over the top in price .”
