“It was a bit of horrible ending experience. It started well with decent food. Then it turned into a nightmare. We ordered the large platter to get the nice experience. Then they bought out this tiny platter , not even middle size. Told us it was for us waiting. Planning to fool us into not getting the large. We were a party of 2. They told us towards the end that they do not have crab. We saw other table after us getting the platter. It was a horrible business tactic, for just us smaller party table. No solution was provided. So I offer to take the large platter to go, yet again a small came out. It was a final straw. First no scallop, then no marinated crab and now nothing for the main attraction. If you’re not able to do buffet style, don’t do it. Let me know from the start that you won’t have it. Instead of luring me in with false promises. I would of gone else where, if I had known there won’t be any of the items I was looking forward to. Let the locals have this. Us tourist, save the money and go for other real buffets from the weekend brunch. No star if I can.”

“Got a table on the second floor because the first floor was full. You have to take off your shoes to walk on floors that are extremely sticky. There is a strange smell stuck to the feet. It's dirty. The foot towel at the water dispenser was very smelly. There is an air conditioner but it's not cool. I don't know if it's turned on or not. Japanese style dining table Sit on the floor and dangle your legs under the table. (who had difficulty standing up) asked about refilling dipping sauce, the staff said they would refill it but it didn't come. The same goes for charcoal grills. (Maybe I forgot because there were many customers) Tom Yum soup was quite bland. Seafood dipping sauce is not delicious. The sukiyaki sauce is sour but it's edible when eaten with the soup. Salty sesame sauce. Eat more and more salty. The various rice bowls had greasy oil at the bottom of the cup (greasy). The shop is only good for the price/has a variety of menus to choose from/no time limit. Came to eat for the first time with friends from other provinces and was quite disappointed. “Yesterday my husband and I went for a walk around the shopping center and saw this sushi bar. We approached the girl administrator and asked if we could come in and sit. She gave us an arrogant look, quickly mumbled something and buried her face in her phone. Since we don’t know English well, we decided to ask using Google translator, handed her the phone, she gave it a second glance, didn’t answer us anything and just laughed along with some other waitress girl who had just come out of the door. Thanks to the glass walls, we saw that there were a lot of empty seats. So why we were stopped when we wanted to enter is unclear. My husband and I stood like fools for a couple more minutes waiting for an answer from this arrogant person and just left, without her even looking up at us, she just stood there and looked at her phone. The service is simply the most disgusting I have ever encountered! At the entrance to a public toilet, the cashiers will be more friendly.”
