“To start with the service. Horrible. Food: better buy from the supermarket margarita. The pizza has nothing to do with Neapolitan pizza that they claim that it is. You can see from the picture the dough was old( maybe from a few days) not rising, not making any bubbles. The cheese was burned and didn't stay fresh as in a real Neapolitan pizza. Tomato sauce was very little, almost inexistent. And on top of this they probably used very cheap products ( cheese and tomato and dough) it didn't have any taste. Also the dough was super hard on the back of the pizza( nothing to do with a fresh Napoli style dough) They offer garlic or chili oil. What they don't tell you is that their oil is not olive oil but guess what ... no flavour whatsoever, flat bread with cheese and a bit of tomato paste. A supermarket frozen pizza is so much better”

“Great service and atmosphere however the Bahn Mi was really bland. The pork neck was not flavoursome. The pâté was spread very thinly so didn’t add any taste and was overshadowed by the mayonnaise . Disappointing as I was looking forward to an authentic Bahn Mi. Will try something else if we go back as the pho and rice dishes looked good.”

“Every single time I order pizza from here I specifically ask for no peppers or onions on my smokehouse pizza, yet every single time it’s arrives it seems to have both toppings on it. There’s a box on the app to add additional information such as dietary requirements, which clearly is never read. To top it all off last time I went in and ordered in person to specifically ask for neither of the toppings and still somehow ended up with one of the unwanted toppings. I understand this is quite a petty thing but if this was an ingredient someone was allergic to and ended up on there pizza then they could no longer eat there food or potential have an accident. Please in future just read the information box as if you aren’t going to read it, then why did yous bother to add it.”
