“I like this location better than the matthews one. Always had much better customer service here. I came an hour before closing and they were super nice even though they were running low on pizza. The pizza is huge. The taste isn’t exceptional but I feel the size makes up for it. I highly recommend the garlic knots. Only main criticism is i think the sweet tea needs to be changed out more often, it tasted a bit off.”

“Excellent food and service. I took my wife and kids and everyone really enjoyed their meals. We got beef bulgogi, bibim bowl, spicy pork wrap and bulgogi fried rice. We also got the ribs and corn dogs appetizers. Wish I had pictures to share because the presentation is very classy. Highly recommend.”

“4 stars because I love the food but we placed an online order that said it would be ready at 1:43. We arrived at 1:40 and stood by the pickup sign. It was busy so I understand it not being ready by 1:43 but every single person that was in line ordering got their food before us. I finally got my order at 2:05 but that was after I had to ask about it. No one said anything to us from the time we walked in to the time we asked for an update. Typically when people have to wait somewhere people at least say “sorry for the wait” but all we got was a “here ya go”. I will be back because I love Chicken Salad Chick, but the customer service could definitely improve!”

“Food ok...large portion of tasty fries...friendly. Don't look out of the windows...shattered door, all windows caked with something to create messy fog. Someone trying to clean outside with single sheet paper towel...ended up being a muddled mess...Chairs & tables bolted to floor...at 5'5 I had to slide up to table...unable to touch chair back w'out being in "laid back" position.”

“I forgot this location was here. A friend sent me a screenshot of their promotion from social media in which they give a free or buy one get one sub to people whose names have certain letters in them. Turns out it was the wrong day which was fine. However, you would think with three employees working there would be silverware and napkins stocks. Also the straw papers would all be picked up off the floor. The Young male associate appear to be training at least one of the female employees. They were young so possibly first jobs for them however I would think it was common sense to not stand there and eat where the customers can see you where the food is being prepared. My sandwich was supposed to have no mayonnaise. As you can see from the pictures it was drown in it. The service was friendly and fast.”

“I like JJ but at this location, they only put 2 slices of turkey on a regular sub. They’re VERY skimpy with ingredients. Like others have said, you can go to jersey mikes or firehouse where they pack the ingredients in for the same price. Do better JJ!!”
