“Overall: Not recommend. A lot better Vietnamese restaurants in the area. The Hoisin sauce should be refrigerated so it last longer and has better quality.. but it’s left on the table. Overall Food: 3/10 Pho: 4.5/10 - Very bland, almost no taste. No additional bean sprouts. The spoon isn’t made for pho bowls. Fresh Rolls: 2.8 / 10 - Nothing fresh about them. Tasted like it was prepared days prior. Iceberg lettuce and lots of vermicelli watered down the taste as well. Potsticker: 7.2 / 10 - Fresh and hot to order. Looked very appealing. Tasted as it should. Overall Value: 3.8 - while the place looks great and unique, the meal cost almost 100 dollars for 3. Which is one of the most expensive Vietnamese bills I’ve paid. For the quality of the food, 100 dollars was not worth it.”

“Customer service is exceptional. Food quality has changed. I ordered here because, of the beautiful yellow chicken wings. Wings the last 3X has been dark colored. Appeared to be refried a few times. Perhaps due to wait time chefs cook over night then warm up chicken wings half way on day shifts. Like what some restaurants at the malls. Order no longer fresh! Hopefully, they stop this. Quality is important.”

“My girlfriend and I ordered pizzas for delivery from this place. In short, while I’m eating a slice I notice that I’m chewing on something hard that should not be in the pizza. When I spit the hard object out, to my surprise it is a NOSE RING. I go to the store and the employee there (the only person in the store) admits that it is in fact her nose ring and she made the pizza. Eat here at your own risk..”

Lo and behold, Thai 54 rose like a phoenix from the ashes, and let me tell you, it's a authentic Thai place! Don't believe those ancient reviews, this place is a pure gem! Their crab fried rice is pure happiness on a plate, and their papaya salad is like a flavor explosion in my mouth (I switch between Thai and Laos versions, depending on my mood - keeping life spicy, you know!). One thing to note: when they say medium spicy, they're not playing games.
