“I normally get my birthday cakes from cake box and I brought this cake for a 21st birthday I kept it refrigerated the whole time since picking it up until the person was blowing out the candles. I was originally very happy with how the cake turned out to then find out later that day just over 24hours after purchasing it there was mold on the fruit on the cake. I was told from the branch that it was all freshly made and the fruit brought the same day which I do not believe at all ! Such a disappointment had to chuck most of it away will never buy from hear again!”

“It was my first attempt having Korean food. It was delivered via Ubereats from this restaurant. Chicken is halal from here and it is very fresh. Not smelly at all, tender, juicy and tastes good in every dish. Foods are very nice and amazing here. The price vs quantity is good too, although could be better but the quality of food you receive definitely worth the price. The only disappointing thing was Goon Mandu, I ordered it with chicken filling and it was very tasteless. Chicken fried Udon tastes normal, if I want to order next time, I would go for the seafood or the spicy version. But the noodle worth trying although it tastes plain and not very aromatic but delicious. The amount of chicken in the dish is very good and the portion is very nice size to share between 2. The spicy Chicken Bokkeum tastes amazing and I highly recommend it if you like the spicy food. Portion size is on the point, the chilli sauce was perfect. We ended up mixing this with the noodle and turned out perfect. You must try the Gang Jung, I personally liked chicken more than prawn, although I love the seafood more. Both tasted very good, spicy but not very hot and the chilli sauce is perfectly balanced. I cannot insist more for trying out a pancake from this place. The seafood kimchi pancake shouldn’t be missed here. Kimchi and seafood, are 2 on point ingredients and they cook it amazingly. I overall highly recommend you to try a Korean cuisine from this place.”

A real legend in East London. I’ve moved out of the area now but whenever I’m local, I like to visit. This is by far, the best kebab takeaway joint in the area, there’s no comparison. The quality to price ratio of all items, such as; doner, lamb shish, chicken shish is fantastic. The food always tastes fresh, there’s a generous portion of salad & sauces as supplements and staff are always very friendly and accommodating to your food requirements. If you’re visiting for the first time, I’d recommend trying the lamb doner; it comes with a hot pitta bread, a huge amount of fresh salad of your choice and sauces to complement it. You will not be disappointed. Speak thanks to Yakub and the whole team at The Best Kebab for consistently producing great takeaway Turkish kebabs, for as long as I can remember! I highly recommend this food place to anyone in the local area that wants only the best authentic tasting Turkish kebabs.”

“Always such good value for the food. There are specific dishes offered at the Kings Cross Hoppers that aren’t offered elsewhere. Unsure if that’s the same for all Hopper locations. Highly recommend the bone marrow roti if you’re not vegetarian. Definitely get the hoppers (obviously 😉) and the dosa with some saucy dishes. If you don’t tolerate spice well this might not be a place for you. Good vegetarian and meat options.”
