“Food is good and fresh. I unfortunately had a bad customer service experience. I ordered 3 wings and 3 tenders in total. I received 6 wings and 6 tenders. I was also charged for it. It was a miscommunication, I also understand they were very busy and mistakes like this do happen but I felt like they weren't very apologetic and kinda gave off a bit of an attitude and they could've offered a refund for the additional chicken on their mistake. I would be happy to return the extra chicken. I don't think people should be paying extra for a mistake they made on their part. I still recommend people to come here for good food. However, please just be mindful of what you've ordered and how much you've paid. Always reconfirm the order to ensure everything is correct.”

The Zen Hen is too sweet and wet for us and I would also recommend asking for less meat and more salad:) The bread they use for their wraps is incredibly tasty and freshly baked. The fries are unusually yummy with a dipping sauce. The only problem with Wrapture is that you will think about their wraps during your day and they will pop into your head and you will find yourself going back for more!❤️”

“Came here for dinner and had the shoyu with pork belly and the miso with BBQ chicken ramen. The shoyu ramen had a clear broth, clean tasting but the added yuzu oil was quite overpowering with the citrusy flavour. Would be great if they had it on the side so you can adjust. Pork belly was quite lean but tender, marinated egg was perfectly cooked with a creamy yolk; and the king oyster mushroom and the Chinese broccoli made this ramen taste healthy. Preferred the miso ramen which had a strong depth of flavour paired with the tasty BBQ chicken seasoned with spices and some vegetables to change up the flavour such as the burnt cabbage and the buttered corn. Also had the ice cream pie for dessert which was a matcha and black sesame flavour during this visit. The ice cream was dense and creamy with a hard biscuit base which tasted like Anzac biscuit (sweet honey taste).”

It's a dog friendly place and we enjoyed our visit. Plus side for Tesla owners, they do have a destination charger installed and we got juice for our car too while we were drinking beers.”

“I got a miso mushroom halloumi burger and it wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the sauce and the halloumi was nice and charred. However, the bread was a bit too toasted for my liking. A slightly less dry bread would be nice, but to each their own perhaps. However, my bread wasn’t nearly as bad as my partner’s BBQ bacon cheeseburger! The bun was too toasted - the texture was unpleasant to eat (hard, crunchy and drier). And the burger pattie was not big/wide enough for the bun. You had to get a mouthful of only bread before you reached the pattie. And his chips serving looked quite small. We compared it to a companion who had bought the same burger and his quality seemed better. Even the chips serving looked more rewarding. The varied consistency is disappointing, between the same meal, as well as different meals. It would also be nice if they had a place for us to get our own water. I think overall, given the price of the burgers, the quality for all the burgers coupled with the lack of consistency was a bit disappointing. It wasn’t terrible but I would recommend avoiding the cheese and bacon burger. Plenty of people and families were there too, and nice and clean bathrooms.”

The price for the ready made deep fried rolls have gone up a fair bit compared to buying the frozen in the freezer. Still it's delicious! Service wise there is usually a wait and would be good if they can improve their website to include availability of their dishes as only some dishes are on offer on weekends. Sometimes but rarely I may be lucky to made a party order online.”
