Each course was fresh, flavorful, and presented with excellence, showcasing the best of regional cuisine. The highlight of Osteria Delle Aie, however, is their extraordinary approach to wine service. Serving wine by the glass from magnums, which are passed from table to table, allows guests to taste and choose according to their liking – an innovative idea that is both fun and inclusive, especially as it's included in the menu price. The warm hospitality and professional service further elevate the experience, making me feel welcomed and well cared for. I highly recommend Osteria Delle Aie to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in a friendly and charming setting.”

“Disappointing experience. We had a Reservation at this restaurant with friends. I was accompanied by my trained service dog & we were turned away (rudely) by the waiter. There was no information when reserving that the restaurant had a policy regarding animals, notwithstanding that my accompanying dog was a trained service dog. The table we reserved was for outside. The sad outcome for this restaurant is that you lost not only the custom of the 5 guests you turned away, but also of our friends. We had a very nice evening at another restaurant in the area. Your loss.”

“We really wanted to like Enoteca Pinchiorri, but we felt it fell short especially being a 3 Michelin star restaurant. Here's what we did like about it: 1) They were able to accommodate us when I had the reservation date wrong. 2) Service was good and they're quick to cater to you Here's where we thought it went wrong: 1) Water has its own menu starting at 10 euros per bottle 2) We were only impressed by the first couple and the last couple times on the tasting menu (the rest were not bad just not a wow factor) 3) Money spent and value received was severely imbalanced. It's nice to cross it off the list. We were definitely expecting more out of our first Michelin 3 stars,but things don't always work out.”

“This resturant is a true diamond hidden in the flat land surrounding the city of Ferrara. Here I got a wonderful and unforgettable eating experience . I enjoyed almost everything from cooked land snail in butter and garlic, the fryed little shrimp and squid and the the woderfully cooked and served roasted cuttlefish in its black ink (a true piece of butter) As a dessert the sorbet made from "uva fragola" grapes was true surprise. This resturant is family owned and led from decades with a simple and friendly touch. Prices are above the average, but by far inferior for resturant of the same quality. Will come back for shure.”

“Having eaten at many Michelin starred restaurants, it is beyond comprehension how come Opera doesn't have a star or two. We went for the Opera tasting menu - which was incredible. The presentation was a real delight, and the taste - divine. But the most amazing thing was that the chef's focus on vegetables and roots and his very limited use of butter and fats, made it an overall pleasant experience, without the bloated feeling that often times accompany such meals. Highly highly recommended!”
