“We really enjoyed our visit at Squable on a Saturday late afternoon at the bar. We ordered glasses of wine and wanted some small plates to snack on while we drink. Ended up starting with the biscuits which are huge and the jam was so delicious. After we saw a server leave the kitchen with a plate of towered tater tots we quickly asked our bartender to put in an order of those for us as well. These were tater tots topped with caviar, hollandaise, and salmon roe. Definitely the best plate of tater tots I’ve ever seen and tasted. We ended our visit with a delicious cold crab roll with brown butter aioli. We will be coming back to try more from their menu!”

“What a hidden gem right here in the heart of Houston. Within walking distance from multiple hotels. Great food, great service, and really nice atmosphere. We had the smoked salmon crepe and the breakfast burger. Large portions and super delicious! Everything is fresh and the flavors are well balanced. Had the cappuccino also and they are so delicious! The coffee croutons, aka sugar cubes, are amazing! Fresh bread brought to the table with butter was a great start. We finished out the meal with the fine apple tart! Spectacular! Great service from the waitstaff! We will be back!”
