Ambient is confortable, decoration is quite old fashioned and weird, but food and beer is very good and worth the while to get there. “I did something stupid and read a bunch of negative reviews about this place and it kind of put me off a bit but I decided to be brave and give it a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised honestly. I had read about rude staff and mediocre or overcooked meat but the meat was absolutely perfectly cooked and the staff was about as polite as you can expect. It's true we spoke French to them so it reduces the chances of the Rude French Bistro Effect you often see in Paris. The meat was soft, rosti was an absolute dream and the sauces they provide with the meat were very nice. My only complaint is that it was a bit salty but I'm sure you can ask for them to not salt it much.”

“A pleasant little cafe with a large selection of macaron to choose from! I chose Marie Antoinette (an earl grey flavoured one) and a blackcurrant one. The first one was alright but the second one was really good! You can feel the soft yet chewy texture of berries inside your mouth. It was small but a scrumptious taste nonetheless! If you are going to eat it by yourself, better buy the ones in paperback. That will cost you only 2.70 CHF per piece, while if you choose to put them in their beautiful boxes, 2 pieces will cost you 9.00 CHF.”
