“Why cant they be more friendlier like Challenger TampinesMall and Expo. When you are hinting them that you need assistance, they will look at you and shy away, ignoring you for awhile. Bought an iphone case for my brother as a gift and asked for a new stock because they wrapped the UAG casing with a rope/tape that tighly seals and crumples the box. The clerk said so that it will not be stolen and then asked me to pay at the counter right away, as if im gonna steal that case that is protected by keylock and that tape, duh!! The reason im looking for them is to have a new stock rather than buying a damaged box. They also played this card when I bought my Asus dualband router, they will just bring you right away to the counter as if your gonna buy 1 item only. Not sure of their problem with theft but, they shouldnt vent it out to legit customers. You buy expensive things and the packaging is part of the experience. They need to train their clerks on sales and customer service. It would been nice if they check or listen to what their customer needs. Hope this honest review helps the customer and this store itself.”
