Those are great qualities, but the thing that really stood out at this place were the people. I went in with a question about the seat post of my Brompton, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was quite blown away, they were able to show me a cool hack to get a bit more height out of the seat post, so that I didn't have to replace it with another. Very cool, will return.”

“Booked this company to fit windows and a bathroom...never again. The bathroom has so far taken 5 weeks and is still not even nearly finished! The furniture arrived broken and took 4 weeks to be replaced but the bathroom had already been started so we have had no bathroom all this time. We have had to change builders due to problems with the first. They dont arrive when they say they will, they turn up late and work at snails place. Stock is always missing and they constantly have to be chased up. The mess is never cleaned up and customer service is non existent. Everything takes ages to be delivered which you are not aware of when you book the work.”

“On 10/15/22 I placed an order online, on 10/25/22 I received the item by carrier (GLS), different from the one that appeared in the order (SEUR), without any information regarding its delivery; On the Lamparas.es page it appeared "order in preparation", until 10/26/22 "delivered ok". The item was sent in a box without any protection, from Germany, its elements loose and disassembled, showing 3 damaged arms, no assembly instructions and a ridiculous tightening wrench, which was bent upon first use. Lacking instructions, I have left several pieces left over. Nowhere does it state that the lamp is shipped disassembled, in fact, it is said that it is in perfect condition for use, which does not fit when it has to be handled by the customer. The staff member offered to put brighter bulbs in to show us how bright it can be. How's that for service!! 100% recommended. We purchased 2 of them on the day. .”

“We went in to buy the furniture for the new apartment that my partner and I had bought. The treatment at first was very good, then the problem arises when you buy the furniture and it has to be delivered to your home. First, it tells you within a month and a half, and part of the furniture, specifically the sofa and the dining room chairs, arrive within three months, and not only that, but a part of the sofa and a seat of A chair arrives damaged, from there it takes another month to bring the defective parts. We thought it was all over when after three months, all the dining room chairs are cracked, ash chairs at €119 each. We don't even use those chairs, there are two of us at home and they are only used on the rare occasions when we receive visitors. As a result, we complained asking for our money back, to which they refused and told us that they would change the 4 chairs, something we reluctantly accepted just to avoid getting into trouble. This time it only takes them a month to make them, and what is our surprise when they arrive and all of them, without exception, have transport dents and sags in the paint. Finally after almost 8 months, we are without dining room chairs. I will not think of buying there again and I do not recommend it to anyone.”

“In December 2022, the kitchen will be replaced with complete furniture and appliances, all managed by salesman Luis. It was all good words until problems arose, the marble worker was an arrogant man who passed the buck to the salesperson and he passed on everything... I still have problems..., the Beko dishwasher is rusting inside and the house tells me that it won't fit warranty, the furniture drawers do not fit well... it has been a month and a half since I filed the incident and I am still waiting, remembering every week... I ask where they will refer me if I have problems with the furniture since it is a German brand and He tells me that he doesn't know that I should write an email to the house and ask... Anyway, knowing that they are going to close (something I didn't know when I hired the kitchen...) and seeing how little interest is shown in giving me solutions, I couldn't be more sorry for having made that decision as well as worried... I have asked for the complaint form, but it hasn't been a month before closing that they are going to solve it...”
