“Funkie Junkies, what a phenomenal place!!! My aunt was visiting from out of town over the weekend, we spent two days exploring - this place is HUGE and has so many hidden treasures!! “We had a great experience looking at furniture with sales rep Corey! Cory was very laid back, down to earth, and not at all pushy at all. He let us look around at our pace and only came by at the end to ask if we had any questions. We had to wait a couple weeks for our furniture to get delivered from the manufacturer and Corey was keeping us in the loop the whole time. When our furniture arrived to the store, of course I had to work 3 days straight and was unable to pick it up. Corey was able to work out a Saturday morning pick up for us! He a.d another guy even helped us load the couch and table into our trailer! The reason we chose Ashley furniture is because we understand that quality matters. “Stopped in shopped went to purchased a receiver extension marked $24.99 on the shelf. After paying for it, I noticed on the receipt I was charged $69.99. Went back inside and was told that was the correct price. Went back and took the picture where there was 3 others and a price of $24.99. If they price an item wrong under Fl law the have to sell it at that price. She said there is no such law. Not saying don’t shop there but watch out the items may not ring up the price you are expecting to pay. I ordered it on line under the $24.99 they had it priced at. I had purchased a 12 in for under $25 from harbor freight. The cashier threw the receipt at me.”

“About 8 years ago, I had a need of an appliance and sought suggestions from co-workers. One recommended Famous Tate and they were right! The workers were helpful as I tried to figure out how to get the appliance. Now, Famous Tate is my go-to for new appliances, and the place I direct others in need. It got even better when they added free local delivery. Last week, when my dryer died, I immediately went on Famous Tate's website, researched a few choices, ordered, and set it for delivery. Within a few hours, I received a call to verify my order and to let me know I would receive a phone call the next day about delivery. Sure enough, I not only received the phone call, but an email, and a text message, as well. The delivery driver contacted me to let me know they found a dent on the side and asked if that was alright. I said it was, and he said they would be refunding me 10% of the price due to the dent. The delivery came within the window given and was smooth. They were understanding that the path I thought would work was not big enough, and were patient while I quickly cleared the way. The delivery man ensured I was okay with the dent and again stated I would receive 10% off for it. Before he left, he went through a checklist to ensure it was installed and worked. I highly recommend Famous Tate for any of your appliance needs!”

“Great selection of products here, we were surprised by the amount of Halloween decorations for sale, though a bit taken back by how much Christmas decorations were already out for sale. Having grown up in Winter Garden, it was nice to revisit this store since it was somewhat of a staple of my childhood. Fun to see how much they have moved things around from my last time there, everything looked like it had swapped sides of the store ha-ha. The store appears to be clean and tidy, unfortunately we managed to buy a blanket that had some form of substance on it that we didn't notice when grabbing off the shelf, hoping it washes out since this location is a good 30-40 minutes from us, not worth the drive back. The employees are for the most part great, the only real issue we had was check out. 1 Person manning the register while 6+ people in line, and the person at the register was pretty slow unfortunately, which meant we actually spent more time standing in line to check out, than we did casually browsing the whole store and selecting items to buy. Despite it all, I'm sure I'll be back eventually, just depends on when we drive through winter garden again next, I suppose.”
