The only thing I would recommend is that he up his game as regards his appearance - it was off-putting when we first went in. Delivery was exactly on time and, again, went very smoothly. Both delivery guys were very nice and very informative. Highly recommend Kelley's. We've always shopped there and always had a good experience.”

“Use to love this store because it had a better variety than other Dollar Trees. Not anymore. The place looked ransacked. Empty shelves everywhere. Items thrown all over, no order to it. Open packages thrown about in the midst of stuff as well. Before buying anything I recommend checking it's not broken or missing something. Experience with employees was not better. Rude and obviously unhappy about being there. Annoyed about being bothered at all.”

I couldn't print off a return label and had to work with customer service who sent me one. Thus the two stars. I haven't received a refund yet so we will see. Update: I did receive my refund.”
