“Target is no longer a viable retailer option for me. 6 weeks ago I stood in front of an employee waiting to buy batteries in the electronics dept while patiently waiting while they helped someone on the phone who ironically wasn’t trying to buy anything. It took me 40 minutes to buy batteries at Target. Recently I tried calling to see if a product I wanted was in stock. The website said it was. No one ever answered the phone to confirm. I purchased the item online for in store pick up to find out 2 hours they didn’t have it. I switched pick up to Blaine. That took 3 hours to confirm. I’m not spending another penny on a company that can’t be bothered to pick up a phone and talk to people that want to spend money with them. Yeah. I’m done. I don’t care if they’re a local company.”

“Wouldn’t advise shopping here unless you want to be constantly disappointed. Attempted to purchase a refrigerator (that I needed that day) I was told they had 3 in stock, then was told 2 were online reserved (NOT PAID FOR) & the other was the display model they refused to sell me. Obviously this place would rather sit on their inventory instead of letting a walk-in customer purchase it. Not my first bad experience here, I will continue spending my money elsewhere.”

“I have always loved this store and felt it was worth standing in line and going back and forth, taking the chance that you might find something or you might not. We found a custom sectional that fit perfectly after 5 visits there. The delivery team was wonderful but told us that the modular sectional didn't come with connectors like the sales rep told us and there was no way of putting it together. We bought this sectional with the understanding that it could connect. After a few calls (with a great customer service rep), they said they'd figure out a way to connect it and send delivery team out in two weeks to fix. I then noticed that it had animal hair all over it and I didn't notice this when it was on the sales floor at the outlet store. I had to shop vac it, though I still find random pet hair every day on it. It's not the biggest deal but when I buy a $6k couch, I'd expect it not to come with pet hair. Then the delivery guys came to connect the couch and it's now clear why it wasn't made to connect because there are inch gaps in all of the pieces. I wish they would have just given me the discount I asked for and I would have tried to connect it myself. The delivery guys also left it with what looks like a grease or pen mark on it that despite being spot cleaned is still there. The customer service was good and they were committed to help but too many things happened that I wouldn't expect from this level of furniture store. I've always liked Room and Board but I think this is the last thing I buy.”

“Love Menards store! wish they were located all over the US! I love their kiosk that you can turn items to and they will give you a store credit if it's been over a certain amount of time.. Employees are helpful and friendly. Would rather go here than any of the other big box. Home improvement stores because they are located in the midwest.”

“I will continue to shop online, crate and barrel products, top notch, 👌. However, This is the second time I find myself here writing a sour review about the store associates at the galleria. I thought the initial bad experience was maybe a fluke. But, Every single time I shop in store I leave feeling annoyed with the overall experience. The gals working at the counter are always so blatantly rude! For example: Today I entered the store to to an order pick up. I explained to the associate that I had TWO different orders, and that I needed to cancel an item off of one of the orders. The associate continued to complain about how they have “too many login passwords” and seemed annoyed with the situation. She asked for help from another associate who called the back, and before confirming with me or communicating at all, went back to grab my order. When she arrived back and I told her she didn’t grab my other order (because she didn’t ask if I needed anything else) she rolled her eyes as I reminded her about the other order and continued to tell the other associate “that would have been nice to know”. I will continue to avoid having to deal with these types of people and shop online with a click of a button, wine or coffee in hand 🍷”
