We were quickly greeted by Ashley, who went over the pricing on the Christmas houses, etc. She was very friendly and informative. We had to leave quickly due to another obligation. We did, however, make it back in today. Ashley was again there and recognized us from the night before. She was again so nice and willing to help any way she could. My husband and I were there for well over an hour looking at the Christmas houses. Testing them, etc. Ashley and Joe were both so accommodating and helpful. It is very rare in todays world to have the pleasure of dealing with 2 sales associates such as them. As they were ringing up our purchase, we were talking about things to do with the houses and sentimental meanings of the houses, etc. I shared a story of my deceased Mom and how she collected them, etc. They were both so genuinely nice during this conversation. It actually made me tear up a bit to have received such heartwarming compassion by strangers. Thank you again Ashley and Joe! We will definitely be back!”
