“Really loved shopping here. The staff in the Liverpool shop are amazing. So knowledgeable and friendly. My two year old was on a bit of an over tired rampage whilst we were there and it didn’t phase the girl who served me at all. I’d highly recommend this shop as somewhere to go and see the physical product. “I was looking for a reliable company to repair my failed vintage Sony Amplifier and came across Wilkinson's HiFi. I contacted them explaining the issue that my amp was showing and was pleased to receive a prompt reply with some very knowledgeable details and initial assessment of the potential problem. Happy that I had found the right people to trust my old old amplifier with, I posted it off to them. They confirmed receipt of the amp and that it would be examined soon. All the way through the repair process, I was kept informed of the progress, the costs and choices of what could be done or should be done giving me the choices of how far to take the repairs. When the repair had been completed, I was informed of its return and received the well packed parcel. To say I was pleased with the results would be a massive understatement. The Amp now performs so much better than it ever did and I'm sure will give me another 40 odd years faultless service thanks to the excellent service from Wilkinson's. So long story short, if you are here, reading the reviews to assess if you should use Wilkinson's HiFi for a repair, take my experience of them and stop looking, you've found the right people. “Hi Allan and Chris, I would like to send my big THANK YOU to you and your team especially Sean your amazing driver for making this possible! When i saw 5ft tree trunk today, my heart sank ... AGAIN? Another giant tree trunk! Not much different compared to the 7ft monster which you had tried to deliver a month ago, it was massive! I'm living in Victorian terrace house and you can imagine how small is the house and furthermore the trunk need to pass through my living room, narrow kitchen which is just under 50cm width. It was a mission impossible at glance as i'm not a strong man but Sean did not gave up and try his very best to direct me to help him to move, lift up here and there ... it took us good 15-20 minutes at least to move this giant to the back of my garden. And we did it! Very happy from ordering to delivering - top notch quality! 10 stars service!”

“It's huge, with lots of stalls. It wasn't for us as it's full of (lovely) furniture, most of it quite large. I would definitely go if I had a large house to furnish. Not great for a potter around if you want a nice vase, ornament or picture etc. There's good parking - follow the signs for the Travelodge.”
