Pricey, yes, but beautiful to look at and wonderful to sit on. He was a pro in every sense, letting me hum-and-ha when I wanted to think and being on-hand to get the deal done when I was ready to pull the trigger. I highly recommend King Living for anyone looking for adult furniture.”

“Poor quality materials. ...but if you think the warranty will help, I promise you, it will NOT! After months of back and forth with my fully paid for extended warranty, they told me today that I didn't tell them about the damage quickly enough so its considered... "willful negligence" and they're not covering any repairs whatsoever. Apparently it is MY fault that the warranty that I paid for doesn't cover their furniture that it is designed to cover. My bad.”

“I trusted the salesman with his research and bought a machine on the spot. It seemed reasonable to wait 8 weeks to save $600. But then when I got home, I looked up the machine to confirm the size and found the exact same machine on Best Buy for cheaper and available for next day delivery. No one will return a phone call or an email!”

“I purchased a custom sofabed and a bedframe here at Briers. There were a huge selection of fabric to choose from. When building this new sofa, I wanted it to be functional, space-saving, and hopefully "cat-friendly". In stores, Nicole was incredibly pleasant to communicate with, and was very supportive in my decision for a suitable tight-weave fabric and the complimentary colour for my throw pillows. The sofabed feet were also lowered a bit so my cats would not be able to squeeze their bodies under and scratch up the undersides. It took a couple months for the custom sofabed to be built, but that timeframe was expected. Cherie also reached out a week prior to the completion, and worked out some minor details- thank you for that. I am very happy with the overall experience, am glad I supported a local business, and I have a custom product built in Vancouver!- A triple win there! My cats and I recommend this business.”

“Who's the owner of this Staples who takes absolutely no pride in their store? Needed passport photos taken and printed, but tried calling ahead to make sure we could take our infant in and that there was availability. Nobody ever picks up the phone, and I've called numerous times on numerous days. Then, because it's just a few blocks from where I live, we decided to walk in. The first time, the guys working there said, "We have no film to print on. Come back in a few days.". My wife went back in a few days, waited for 20 minutes in line, and then was told, "The "machine" is broken, so you need to come back in a few days." The management of this location should be embarrassed.”

“BEST place to purchase pillows! I wanted a new fresh summer look in my master bedroom and these black & white jungle print pillows are perfect. They are crisp looking, soft to touch and good quality....AND they were on sale!!! The black Inala toss pillows behind were also on sale and frame the jungle print nicely. A total look with the Arden duvet set I already own. The staff at this store are SO helpful too, pulling stock and helping lay out ideas...I am a very happy (repeat) customer!!!”

“Order was cancelled after the fact. Took them a day to figure it out and I was provided basically no explanation other than we won't ship to you, sorry, even though the site accepted the order. Not the end of the world, but pretty mickey mouse to not just set up their billing system to not accept orders to certain locations over having to accept all and cancel later. Based on the other reviews I'm seeing, maybe I'm better off not having my order go through.”
