“I visit store on Sunday 19th November 2023 , it was a bad experience for the first time with me in your store . i have been purchasing for the last 18 years but never happened like this kind of customer service before .store located william Kitchen Road Scarborough. i was there around 2:31 pm. for return 1 item i was not satisfied but not used just open and bring it back open box with original packaging . your Clark 58109-EA auth by 56726-UR . an other your employer came besides counter, and she told me i have to pack back the item as i pick up . i said mam i bring everything with original packaging as mansion in your return policy and just open box so you can check everything is in packaging but she said you have to pack back . and her behavior was unacceptable, but i just said it's open box bcuz you can check . i work in many places and i never behave like this because we get training 10 customers behind 1 customer . some time customer wrong or their behavior not good, but we deal with them nicely, and after that, normally they say sorry because they were not happy for some reason. i noticed she was following when i was looking for other stuff in store. It's might be my misunderstanding, but i feel .i didn't ask her name or employer no its not my job .”

“Searching for a bike was exhausting, thankfully I found this little gem of a bike shop and so glad I did. I live on the other side of the city but it was definitely worth the drive. David is amazing, so welcoming and easy to chat with, you can instantly see how passionate he is! I was so happy with the BMC I was picking up that I also bought a Cannondale for my wife on the spot, and he had it ready to go for me in minutes. David even helped me load both bikes carefully into my SUV for the drive home. Thank you Pop A Wheelie for a great experience from start to finish, will definitely pop by again soon!”

“I walked in with my fathers old turntable from the 70’s, looking to get it up and running again, and Julian explained everything that needed to be done in great detail. Him and his team were able to tune it up and fix it within hours of me dropping it off at the store. They are all super knowledgeable, personable and communicative. You can tell by talking to them that they truly have a passion for their work and I will definitely be coming back. If you need audio repairs, your gear is in good hands with them!”

“Hello everyone, I am a convenience store owner. I bought a slush machine in this store on July 20, 2022. I spent more than 5,200 on this slush machine. On July 8, 2023, one of the transmission shafts of the slush machine broke. Because the machine was still under warranty, I immediately wrote an email to the seller, and it took about 5 days for someone to come to repair it. The maintenance staff told me at that time that the other two transmissions The shaft broke immediately. I didn't believe him at the time. I thought it was impossible for a new machine to break down so quickly. However, what was also very shocking was that in early September, the other two drive shafts also broke. In late September, the drive shaft that was repaired for the first time broke again. At this point, all three drive shafts of the slush machine stopped working. To make matters worse, the slush machine also had problems with fluid leakage and squeaking noises So, I had to contact the seller again. Unfortunately, I wrote 5 emails in a row, and no one responded to me after more than 20 days. I have no choice but to find someone to repair it myself, but the repair cost is very high, about more than 2,000... The slush machine sold by the seller has serious quality problems. What makes me even more disappointed is that the seller is so disrespectful to customers. Responsible attitude. The purpose of sharing my experience with everyone is to prevent more people from being deceived. Thanks”

“What a beautiful store - and Shari was so helpful ! ❤️ My elderly mother was looking for new carpet for her stairs and knew exactly what she wanted. Shari met us at the door and made the whole process so smooth and simple. She was wonderful and understood how to work with my mother. She really knows her carpets. They sent someone to measure it the next day and the installer will come and install it in a few weeks. Highly recommend the store - and Shari. (Note: probably not the place for those on a small budget)”

“My experience has been absolutely great with Toronto Vanity. I have done many bath renovations for my family ( son & daughter) and myself in the past. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am a very careful and tactful person by nature and suspicious of low prices and not well known brands. I have dealt with Moen, with Riobel , not impressed with the quality and the support. I have experienced a very small issue with my Toronto Vanity purchase long after the original sale date and these guys came through with a replacement at no charge to me. I know exactly where I will be purchasing my next bath fixtures............Thanks TV...........Dennis”
