“Our salesperson Laverne greeted us and was so helpful. She carried chairs to another table for us to see them together. She also helped by giving us time to think things over but was nearby if we needed her. We love all of our purchases. The glass dining table is a big hit. The dining chairs are elegant yet simple. The rusty orange accent chair looks amazing and the wall art looks perfect with it all. We have purchased a lot of furniture over the years and wanted a fresh new look. “I regret having purchased a $395.00 chair at the Scottsdale location about two weeks ago. This chair has literally not been used once since it left their store-no one has even sat in it. Unfortunately, the chair has a somewhat hidden but serious safety defect under the seat, which makes it unsafe and useless. There are fatigue cracks that obviously formed over repetitive use. Manage Brie told me she couldn’t be sure the cracks were there when I bought it, and she refused to allow a return/refund.”

“I’ve been waiting 18 weeks for my bedroom set (promised delivery within 8 weeks) and cannot seem to get a hold of anyone who will give me an answer other than, “We’ll call you back.” I have yet to get a call back as promised. Tried emailing the address given in the automated phone message but still no luck. Hoping to get someone’s attention this way. I don’t care if it’s bad news… in todays retail world delays are expected, being flat out ignored is not acceptable. Update: we received our bedroom set but broken (first two pictures) and were told they would be getting new ones in to replace. It’s been 9 months and we still have the broken furniture. Today the frame broke more (third picture) so now we are without a bed. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Wish I could give negative stars.”
