“Rude staff and overcharged. Went to put my basket on the counter and was snapped at by 'customer advisor'. Had to put it on the floor and pick items out one at a time, despite being in vast amounts of pain. She asked me if I could manage and when I said 'no,' did not lift a finger to help, just left me to it. In Asda Living, they use their brains and just tilt the baskets on their sides. No lowered counters, heavy items placed on higher shelves and lighter ones on the bottom and very overcrowded aisles - not disabled friendly in the least. To add insult to injury, was charged full price for an item that was reduced. No idea how this place is still open, especially with B&M a few yards away.”

“Applied for finance ,accepted 11 òclock and sofa delivered 6pm ! Great customer service over the phone on any occasion I called to ask questions. Dave was polite and arranged the delivery of my sofa. They 2 guys that delivered my sofa done this with great care and in a quick manor. AND FINALLY the sofa ! I had the Molly corner sofa with pullout bed and lots of storage. Worth every penny. we absolutely love the sofa and I think the photos need to highlight the graphite colour more in detail as its stunning. Friends and family have all complimented my sofa. I Would and have highly recommended this store to others and would happily use this store again in the future. Merry Christmas!”

“Anybody buying a mattress or bed should visit a place like this, where you can take them for a test drive, or your back will pay the price. No doubt lots of people go off and buy their choice from some tax dodging online seller, that puts nothing back into the locality and its people. I brought a mattress from here at no more cost than anywhere else. They delivered and installed it ready for me to jump right into. It was really heavy too..so I did appreciate them hauling it up the stairs. That was some years ago. Now I'm going back for another.”

“Ordered some made to measure curtains from the Solihull store and two ties backs. Were delivered after 5 weeks and apparently only 1 tie back had been ordered by the shop . Rang customer service who told me I would need to go back to a shop to order the missing tie back. Reordered the tie back today and was told it would be 4 weeks for delivery and it couldn’t be requested any sooner. In total I will have waited more than 9 weeks. Terrible customer service and a don’t care attitude”

“Notcutts is a lovely place to visit, especially at Christmas 🎄 they have some lovely trees, decorations, and also a nice little cafe. We couldn't get a seat in the cafe this time as it was so busy, but normally stop for a coffee and cake 😊 it's almost become a tradition now that us ladies in the family, have a little look around at Christmas time together. They also have some lovely food gifts here too. Can be a bit expensive, but you do find some different gifts.”
