Amazing service from the staff in store and items were delivered when they said they would be with a courtesy call before they arrived. Great service from the guy that delivered the goods put them where we wanted them without hesitation and with a smile. Highly recommend a visit to the store. “Located opposite the big new Bunnings, I popped my head into the place on my lunchbreak only to discover it’s freaking huge. There’s furniture, containers, storage and the usual red dot type of things and a WHOLE 2 AISLES for pet toys and accessories not to mention the art and craft aisle is pretty amazing too. Sure you can get the usual stuff at spotlight and riot, but prices seemed reasonable and there was a huge range. Heaps of pots for indoor and outdoor plants at decent prices. Go check it out.”

“Purchased a bed from Amart Midland. Orthokinetic Ensemble. The bed was used as a spare bed in the guest room, hardly ever used. Despite this lack of regular usage, over the course of 3 years the bed collapsed, fully caved in on one side. Initially Amart offered a "reselection" and replaced the frame with a similar, slightly newer one. A year later, the new bed frame also collapsed spectacularly, whilst sleeping one person in the guest room. I made a second warrenty claim, this time for a full refund due to the nature of this occurring twice. Back and forth for 2 weeks. After a fortnight of waiting and emailing and calling and arguing, despite accepting my claim the first time for the exact same issue, I was denied and told that the bed caving in isn't a major failure, and not considered a manufacturing issue. After pointing out the blatant errors in their logic and guiding them to their own product guarantees, they offered me another reselection. When I declined and insisted on a refund, they offered to refund me 50% of the cost. Eventually they agreed to a full refund, but it took 2 weeks of arguing and chasing them up over the phone after being denied to achieve this. The warranty team are absolutely pathetic, and will do everything in their power to prevent you from receiving the refund your entitled to. Avoid Amart at all costs, as their products are cheap and poorly made, and you probably won't be able to get your money back.”
