“Took my son to Santa’s Grotto today and it was fantastic. The grotto was breathtaking, so much effort and care had been taken to make it a magical experience for children. Santa’s elves were wonderful, my son was captivated. Santa was lovely, my son was very happy with his visit and his gift. When we left the grotto we went inside the garden centre and I purchased a gift voucher at the tills, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we loved our visit today, and will be back next Christmas if not before.”

“I’ve ordered a multiple times sharp sand for my garden projects. But the volume of the sand is dropping. Pictures are attached for your reference. Only a 3/4 full. I understand it is measured in weight, and the humidity of the sands also affects the quantity/volume. You might want to order extra bags as the reference volume/weight doesn’t match. Not surprised, I have to order another bag of sand for fill and flatten my garden.”

“What a lovely place, first impressions, friendly welcoming staff, good car parking and clean toilets. Lovely little shed for tea/coffee and pay on trust in the office. Free entry for RHS members. The gardens are not huge but plenty to see and plenty of benches for a rest. The grasses and perennials on sale are high quality and reasonably priced. Can’t fault it and will definitely visit again.”
