He never had to pause too look anything up, and never said "I don’t know, we can check that out or Look it up".. (like other salesmen I've dealt with said!).. He knows his product! He showed me how to operate all the new Tech stuff that I was not familiar with. So refreshing! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions, concerns, and indecisiveness.
