“I am very suprised with the bad reviews. I ordered 2 taxis for 8 people the day before for next morning. The lady on the phone couldnt speak very good english but she did her best to assist me. I was very nervous if the taxis will come at 8:00 am or come at all as I read many bad comments about taxis in rome in general and I was worried we may not make it at the airport on time. 15 minutes to 8 i received a phone call that confirmed the taxis are arriving. Both taxis were there 5 minutes earlier, very polite, helpful and nice drivers. We felt very safe and enjoyed the ride. On the phone I was said the charge is 31 euros and this is what they have charged us.”
