“Alum Creek Marina off Old State Rd north of Polaris is a wonderful choice to go boating, hiking, sailing, fishing, camping, eating or going to the dog park there. The marina was completely rebuilt in 2022-2023 and the facility is absolutely beautiful. There is something to do by yourself, friends, family or a meet up with enthusiast that enjoy the outdoors. The only issue is it’s such a marvelous view of the lake I wished it had a really nice restraunt there. The dog park is a great place to take your dog(s). It’s easy to get to off RTE 23 and orange rd/Shanahan rd or coming straight up north on Old State rd. If you live around the Polaris area it will take you 10-15 minutes to get there. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to get in touch with nature.”

“This was so fun and worth every penny. My family planned a beach day and we were all flying from different places. We had 8 chairs, 4 umbrellas, an ice chest(with ice), boggie boards, and cornhole set up. They set us up right by the entrance in the perfect spot, and Holden helped us get all our bags out there in the atv thing. My Dad is 80 so this was a huge help. The beach was amazing, but without the right things to make it comfortable its not going to be as enjoyable. FBCC solves this for you. We plan on going back to Folly Beach every year, and we will continue to use Folly Beach Chair Company.”

“Terrible customer service I show up for a swim at 6pm, the guy at the counter says it’s closed until rec swim at 7. I show up at 7 on the dot after waiting in the parking lot to a sign at the front desk saying the swim is sold out. Wow thanks for the heads up about the limit buddy n no mention of the possible line up or anything. Get your head out from buried in your phone and help some people out here n there”
