“Unsure what had happened here. They used to be awesome. Staff was still great but the rest was awful. They tried to bully us into 26k worth of dental work. Told us we were horrible parents, that we should take out a home equity, and there were veiled threats of children and youth calls. Wanted to do everything at once, would not work in chunks to make it easier on the child. Demanded we use the hospital and not in-house because the dentist "did not feel comfortable" doing it in house. They are children, you work as a PEDIATRIC dentist, yeah they squirm sometimes. Refused to use the normal laughing gas/localized anesthetics, like everywhere else. If you cannot handle that go into adult dentistry. We took him somewhere else and all the work will cost a grand total of 500$. DO NOT LET these people bully you.”

“Website rife with misspellings, no page showing the dentists, and some of the forms do not work. Something like this is probably a red flag to most and made me slightly uncomfortable. The office is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, the procedures were done extremely fast with no issue. They're more than willing to explain and make referrals for what cannot be done. Friendly and professional people. To those that prefer to visit a dentists office that doesn't have every patient in the same large room for their procedures, this office while being small has separate rooms for each patient which is fantastic if the big open areas of other offices make you uncomfortable.”

As we were going through the details I saw this team of specialists doing such an amazing job at documenting all of the work needed in extreme detail. Furthermore, after the consultation I was given the estimate for the work and I was pleasantly surprised that it was very reasonable, especially in this economy. So, overall experience = outstanding. Specialist experience and knowledge = outstanding. Hygienist expertise and wisdom = phenomenal. I am so happy to finally address all of my dental care and with complete confidence in everyone involved. I’m 58 years old and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist.
