“Stay away! My experience was so terrible, I get angry every time I think about it. It’s been two weeks. Came in for a routine cleaning. Some lady in a rush spent just about 10 minutes cleaning my teeth, then spent the next 20 minutes sandbagging me that my teeth have spots and discolorations and, “I haven’t looked at my teeth before”. Mind you, I have Invisaligns, any person with any common sense would know I have probably looked at my teeth! “You had these since you were a child, you had too much fluoride”. I have never seen these after cleaning my entire life! Maybe if she cleaned my teeth properly, the front would not be whiter than the back! But wait, there is more! She doesn’t know how to use the panoramic x-ray machine. So she calls someone else to assist. While my head is in between the x-ray, the guy wants her to use it for the first time on my head! I had to go get a new cleaning. These guys are awful and you should avoid them if you appreciate any normal decent treatment!!”

My 2 year old was seen right away, hardly any wait time, and the time we did have to wait there was a plethora of distractions kindly provided by Bitesize ( toys, books, tv shows). My son is lock jaw with me when it comes to brushing his teeth but was an angel for the hygienist and dentist. Stress free for the parent , and the amount of gifts post visit made us feel like we were in a toy store, not dentist haha. Can’t wait for our 6 month!”

“I moved up from FL in May and needed a tooth pulled. After having a terrible experience at a different dentist getting my tooth pulled, I decided I needed a new dentist ASAP. I made an appointment for Monday at Noble after walking by the office, but come Friday I was in serious pain. I stopped in and said “I know my appointment isn’t until Monday, but my other dentist won’t help me and it’s hurting really bad” They were able to squeeze me in within 20 minutes. Dr. Quartey patiently listened to me explain my situation, and was able to flush out the hole and provide some relief. (I had a dry socket from the removal) She even kept my appointment for Monday to do another round of flushing and relief. The entire staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, they have flat screen TVs in every room with Netflix, Hulu, etc so you can watch what you want. The office is clean, the equipment is up to date, and the people are friendly. I have a feeling this will be my dentist.”

“My fav thing to get especially when I’m on liquids for a few days is their Turkish Lentil Soup, (it’s vegan) they have two out of three vegan soups. it’s consistent and great every time. They just did a reservation and I love it because they furniture and ambient before was a bit outdated and honestly a bit broken/stale. Not it feels so cozy that it’s a vibe. The color theme and the furniture is top notch which each having a table. It’s so good that I always get the soup I never need anything else but I can tell the rest of their products are nice and fresh.”

“At Babylon Dental Care, “care” is given from arrival to check out. I was anxious; it had been a few years since my last filling. From the moment I walked into the exam room, Karen comforted me. She explained the process, answered my questions and talked with me to keep me calm. Dr. Wrann was excellent! I did not have any pain before, during or after the procedure. So happy! Thank you to a truly great team! As a follow-up, I broke a molar and needed a crown. I was terrified! I called in the morning, received a prompt call back and was scheduled to be seen later that afternoon. I was scheduled for an exam and procedure. A patient care coordinator called me prior to my appointment to tell me about my out of pocket cost. That help alleviate some stress. Upon arrival, Day was welcoming and comforting. She explained all of the steps of this process. Dr. Wrann was, again, excellent. He reiterated what Day told me, asked me if I had any questions and checked in with me periodically throughout the procedure. They are both so kind. The entire procedure was painless! “This dentist is a sham. I first went in for a regular checkup and Dr Nina mentioned I had a cavity. I trusted her as a doctor allowed her to proceed with filling the cavity. When she filled my first cavity she then proceed to tell me I had another minor cavity she failed to see the first time. I was suspicious, but again I thought I could trust her. After all, she seemed like a nice woman who would also welcome me with a warm smile. When she filled my second cavity she then proceed to tell me I needed a root canal and she did not notice the first two times. I immediately knew then this woman is a con artist. There is not much regulation with dentistry as there is with medical doctors. I completely got robbed and taken advantage of by Dr. Nina. I urge any one if you are looking for a dentist - Do not go to her: there are literally hundreds of dentists in NY who do not need to pay there high midtown rent with other doctors in the practice to counter the cost of the rent. She as a solo owner she scams her patients to make her money. I went to a group practice where I received multiple opinions and they all mentioned this doctor took advantage and the so called “root canal” was actually a healthy tooth that doesn’t even have a cavity! Be wise, be aware!”

“I usually only go to the Fishkill Family Dental office for my cleanings. Their hygienist is a Superstar! I stopped going to this office a few years ago bc the actual building was falling apart from the inside. Fortunately, I'm happy to say that they've made SOME improvements to this and their staffing. But I still go to the Brewster office for any major work and it's worth the drive. I'd love to say otherwise but it is what it is. The only reason they are getting 4 stars and not 3 is bc they share some dentists with the Brewster office and I LOVE my dentist (not going to say his/her name bc then I'll never get an appt, lol). Also, not only is the hygienist a Superstar but the ladies at the front desk are quite awesome too. I just wish mgmt would take the time to do the physical repairs to the inside of the building necessary for a legit medical office in the 21st century. People pay A LOT of money to come there. Also, I wasn't going to mention this but I heard a rumor (from outside the office) that the new management took away staff's PTO and wants them to work through all the holidays. This is not acceptable and un-American. Do better! Fishkill is slated to explode with growth in the next 5 years and Family Dental could grow with it, or they could sink bc of stupid changes like this. Just my $0.02. A few more suggestions are: Increase the waiting room size by using the kids area that's underutilized (knock out the 2 small half walls). ALWAYS have 2 people in the check in area. Bring back TV use exam rooms (even on mute), and XM radio throughout the office. A little soothing music goes a long way. Also, possibly save a lot of money by stopping giving every patient garbage toothbrushes/floss (get better toothbrushes and ask if patients want them). One last thing (and this may sound weird to some people), please stop or limit the over-use of Fluoride treatments. It's proven to be unhealthy for so many reasons. Google it. Thanks for your time! I look forward to seeing positive improvements in the future as well as a happy staff and patients.”
