“I cannot express how terrible my experience was here. I would never recommend anyone to go here. My worst experience was when dental student was assigned to take measurements for a crown fitting. She took a very long time to do them, and measured the space incorrectly, leaving me with a very poorly “fitted” temporary crown. For weeks I was left in chronic, severe pain until my next appointment- being told that pain while waiting for the crown appointment. I called to ask them to check it and they said no, some pain post appointment is normal see you in two weeks… After two weeks of daily face icing, tylenol every few hours and soft food diet, at the crown placement appointment they said “oh no this was measured wrong” so I had to go through ANOTHER extremely painful fitting + placement in a couple of weeks. During both of these crown appointments they struggled to get/keep me numb which only added to the severe pain that I was already in. I can no explain to you how much they did not care, except for one kind dentist when I was literally crying in her chair because of the pain. When they dropped FSU’s dental insurance, I started seeing a new dentist and was upset to learn that fillings done at Morgan Dental (should have lasted years) already need to be replaced 1-2 years later. This was a huge waste of time, money, and weeks off of work for the literal pain I was in due to their carelessness.”

The only reason I’m here is because while getting a root canal at the Poinciana office, the dentist informed me one of her tools broke off in my tooth and remains there. I was called up an hour after my appointment to fill out insurance information that should’ve been asked for upon my arrival if needed even though I filled everything out at the other location. “I had a terrible toothache for 2 days and called to get an appointment. They could get me in at 4:00 the next day. By that morning, the pain was so bad that I had to do something. I called before the office opened and left a message that I couldn't wait that long and had to be seen earlier. We decided to take a chance and just show up. We were half way there when Kelly called and said yes, come in. The whole staff was amazing! They had me all checked in when I got there. After a few minutes wait, I was taken back for x-rays and a consult. Dr. Lakhani looked at it and made some suggestions. I met with Jackie, the financial person, went over the costs, paid my bill (much less than I had feared!) and was in the chair getting novocaine within 75 minutes. Kaylee (sp?), the dental assistant was so kind and even held my hand a few times during the procedure. Dr. Lakhani was knowledgeable, funny and very personable and wouldn't start until he was certain that I could feel absolutely nothing while he worked. The tooth was abstracted and I was pretty much pain free within 2 hours. This was seriously one of the best experiences I have ever had when it came to a medical or dental issue and I would definitely go back if needed. Thanks to a great team!”

“Hands down the best dental office. I hate to call her this but the black lady in the front (can’t remember her name) goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for her customers. I know it’s not just me because I overheard her trying to help at least 3 other clients while I was there. Before I even went to my appointment she couldn’t find my number because I entered it in wrong and she literally looked up my job from my insurance card and called me to make sure I knew to switch them to the primary so my insurance could cover my visit and get everything squared away with my appointment before I got there. She is so friendly and warm. I honestly think she just has A LOT of work to do but she handles it beautifully and with the most positive attitude! Thank you! It’s very refreshing. 10/10 recommendation! P.S. I left my water bottle there two months ago and she saved it and remembered me when I came in to give it to me. She’s my new auntie for sure.”
