“DON'T GO HERE!!! I have been waiting months for a refund after having my son's braces removed. I call regularly and am given a run around. I paid in full when getting braces for him. Due to my father passing away I unexpectedly had to move across country to settle estate matters. I let them know and tried to schedule removal before moving, they did not help facilitate that. We had to plan a cross country flight months later for removal after being told by a reputable orthodontist that absolute dental had done damage to my son's mouth and he would need removal and recovery time before getting new braces. It's now been months and still I cannot get a refund or even a return call from the local office. This has caused many issues for our family... I regretted using them almost immediately. Very unprofessional very rude, zero compassion. Please do not take your children here, they are absolutely terrible.”
